I was a little bit iffy at first because this website had no reviews but they were selling a window AC $50 cheaper than what I could get elsewhere so I gave them a try.
They say 3 business days to process a payment and then 7-15 business days to allow for shipping.
The tracking number they provided didn't work, but I received my order May 19th, after placing my order May 15th. So they were much faster than promised and I did receive my window AC in perfect condition.
I am very happy about my purchase I hope other people will have good experiences too.
