Absolute worst experience ever, do not trust them, they take your money and do not provide the services, they cause havoc and such a waste of time without the slightest regret or accountability, they are not familiar with the concepts of customer service, professionalism, responsibility etc. Most definitely choose another company for your electronic purchases!

Please stop lying dear Mediamarkt and take responsibility for your countless mistakes!

I wish I could give negative points to this company. So I orerdered a kettle and a chromecasr from Mediamarkt. AFter one week, only one item was delivered while the system online says that both are delivered. I have called them three times and everytime they say they are looking into the matter since two weeks. And today when I called, the operator asked me for Vorgangsnummer. I was never given this number which means they didn't even lodge my complaint. And today again they couldn't because "System failure". NEVER EVER buy from them. Go for AMazon, Ebay, Satturn or ANy other website but NOT Mediamarkt

I really wish I could give 0 for this company. They steal your money. I paid for a Switch, they delivered it to the wrong address. It took us 4 phone calls to get to the point where we knew they had done this. They never gave us a tracking number. Someone in the wrong address signed for our package and stole it. MediaMarkt wont give us a new one or give us our money back. Even though they sent it to the wrong address! We called and emailed for over a month, we have opened a police report. Nothing. They have the WORST customer support 0 help. They STOLE our money. We paid for something, they have the money and they refuse to give us the product.

Pleasure to be Media Markt's customer over last 10 years. They have got really good agents and staff in their shop. Customer support is just amazing. Online Shop offer really good deals.

Horrible customer service. They cannot deliver products in correct addresses or do anything when the product is not being delivered to you. They "refund" you for a product that you bought at discounted price because of their incompetence to deliver or mediate delivery issues. And then you have to reorder it at normal price. They don't speak in English at any level for non-German customers. They also take 2 business day for every possible response. So don't even think of dealing with them if you don't know German. Just stay away from MediaMarkt.

An okay service. It's a good option if you need something quick!
