mediatv.store scam

I ask for refund because i am not aware this has a cancellation fee if you want to have your account information deleted such as personal info and bank info. They promised me they will refund me at the same time delete my information but it was all a lie. 5-7 Business Days was the Turn around Time they give me but none of my money credited back to my account. They ask me to rate their site to this trust pilot for 4-5 stars and send them a screenshot after to get my refund to be expedited. Too bad Eugene i am not as gullible as it may seem since you scammed me. I wouldn't want anybody to get scammed like you do to me. Lolololol never use this site.

Amazing customer service 👏

I was having trouble with my membership account and contacted customer service. I was connected to a staff member named Declan who was absolutely really friendly and so helpful . He's response to my complaint was really fast and did not hesitate to assure me that He's there to help however he can. Thankyou so much Declan for the amazing customer service. 😁👍

Comments already sent. But my refund will be nice and completion of the removal of my details and also no further contact. Luckily cust serv have dealt this problem without troubling me.

Scam

This is a scam, don't fail for this, they literally tried to give me my money back if I gave them 4 to 5 stars on this thing to help them scam more people, don't make my same mistake, they are trying to make a fool out of you.
