I booked madibuddy for test of mine and my sister, I got full assistance on that day of how to make payment.

Once I made my payment my struggle started:

1. the sample collector guy insisted to change my time again and again, unprofessional behaviour.
2. Again I got someone else repot with same reference
3. Third party lab was used for test which was not disclosed at time of making payment
4. I tried to book doctor consultation for my report which was promised to me while time of sale was not given. I doctor called me without my report no idea of what is consultancy all about
5. When I insisted MediBuddy team to share my report to mapped doctor they said they can’t do it neither shared me any link to upload 20-25 pages report and again asked for money
6. I am calling them again and again and they are keeping me on hold for 1 hr

I want to give a negative rating but here is no such option. Very bad experience.

Ordered specs from Vision care (Medibuddy) from specsmaker.in, now its been a month and still havent received any update from either of them. Trying to follow-up multiple times with Medibuddy, but the only thing I am hearing is we have created a case and our internal team have escalated the issue, you will receive a call within 24 hrs. Worst EXPERIENCE, never going to recommend Medibuddy to anyone.

Too delay delivery services.

My mom( a diabetic patient) has been suffering from fever for almost a week. The doctor asked for a blood circulation and urine circulation test. It was supposed to happen today at 7-8am. The technician who was supposed to come home and collect samples calls at 7:37 unfortunately my mom was unable to pick that and called at 7:39 and the dude refuses to pick up she called 5-6 times and he refuses to pick up.when my dad called from a his no. Dude picks up and says "hum vele nhi hai". My who has been fasting for 12hours and waiting for this guy say "hum vele nhi hai". On complaining on customer service they were adamant on rescheduling but my parent really want to cancel it and guess what was the reason for cancellation " customer is not interested anymore" truly horrible service. I'd rather walk to the lab everyday then doing this stuff online.

India no1 worst service , orders has been created and cancelled multiple times them self's. i order medicines 8 days back, not delivered yet. escalated many times but have no uses all are dummy peoples working in medibuddy..

I have order Aptamil stage 3 and some medicine ,and they have delivered stage 2 and one more item not delivered ,when i raised query to custome care .he is responding that all item is correct and as per prescription. i habe attached order details and prescription where stage 3 and all item is mention still he is saying satge 2 is there in prescription.. and order delivered is correct... this happen 2 time in my 3 times order... Thank you for your worst service and providing me oppurtunity to clear some space in mobile by uninstalling your app

MEDIBUDDY IS A FRAUD.I PAID MONEY BUT DID NOT GET ANY SERVICE,WAITED THE WHOLE DAY,IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY ARE USING A CELEBRITY LIKE AMITABH BACCHAN TO PROMOTE THEIR FRAUDS.

Worst app ever used for medical facilities.
I booked tests for my father and firstly they created n number of obstacles while booking the test, they cancelled it and gave the reason that the person wasn't available to take tests. It took 4 days to take test from their side .
And afterwards they gave incomplete report, so many tests were missing or kept blank.
Shame !!

Worst medical service. Gave test report without taking sample. Wish there was some negative star rating as this worst organization deserve nothing more. Wish this organization gets shut down as it posses potential threat to patient's life

This app by medibuddy is a complete scam don't use it.the doctors profile shared on the app are highly questionable. This is only day light roberry.

Worst Company ever. The insurance teams are irresponsible and follow a piecemeal approach when asking for documentation. Seems like they have a KPI for not settling claims. Horrible experience. Please avoid. Been a month now, and they have sent my claim back 5 times asking for the same additional documents. Pathetic.

Fraud Company & Worst Service. At the time of selling Medibuddy Gold Subscription, they call you every 2nd day and tell about their availabile services and all. After I purchased medibuddy gold & booked my lab tests 3 days well in advance, they cancelled my appointment of blood sample collection without any knowledge to me. I called on helpline 10 time but the customer service agents had nothing to say other than the cancelled booking status. WORST APPLICATION. DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP.

I always trust you but after my surgery I claim my reimbursement,providing whole original bill recept.I stay in Nashik ,and in emergency my laproscopy done in small scale hospital. So sometime blood lab charges and pharmacy charges we paid from outside the hospital. But I provide whole details and bills receipt which you ask for me. You guys denied my claim asking about bill receipt which i already provide you.

I am publishing all the details you wanted. Now ordering medicines from Meddibuddy is a real harassment. This was my first time and for sure will be my last time as well. Kindly arrange to pickup the incorrect medicines and refund back my money at the earliest.

Having gold plus membership. Supposedly can avail Rs 6000 cashless pharmacy orders. Normaly pharmaeasy or Apollo delivers on the same day to my address. But whenever I have ordered through Medibuddy cashless facility, the first delivery attempt has been a delivery boy with cash on delivery order. Then have rejected and re ordered. This time probably will be a cashless delivery but it will take 5-6 days at least to receive the order. Feels like I have not ordered meds but luxury item. By now I am confident that all these mistakes and delays are deliberate. This only create harrasments. In mails they sometimes respond by mentioning that you can buy by yourself and get it reimbursed. Now reimbursement is also a process where the website is full of (deliberate) glitches. Very frequently claims gets rejected and then probably you will have to spend 2 hrs daily to chase them until you give up and end up getting no money. This company has very well planned customer harassment machinery.

Worst app... Have gold membership and the consultation service is so poor. Very unprofressional. closed the consultation without any call or consultation with doctor. Patient was suffering with fever 103F and even after calling thrice to customer care.. No help.

total wastage of money

Never buy insurance from this company, as they take your original documents. Logically if the hospital is networked and we want to claim the amount apart from cashless then the process is hectic.
