I've been wanting to go ahead with dental implants for years but never felt confident enough until I found Dentakay. From my first point of contact, I was made to feel comfortable and confident. My liason, Bradley exceeded my customer service expectations, arranging everything around my dental procedures and travel.
The Dentakay clinic was a 5 star experience. A modern, incredibly professional and extremely friendly clinic. As a nervous patient, this helped me so much. The dentists were incredibly skilled and were able to put me at ease.
My entire experience was 5 star and I highly recommend Dentakay. I'm so happy with my new smile!

Very pleased with Medical Travel Co.’s service. The medical consultant went through the whole process and we had an online consultation with the doctor before my visit to Istanbul. I was greeted at the airport and accompanied to the VIP van where I was driven to the hotel. Whole process was very smooth.

I had the pre-operation tests (I was accompanied with a nurse (they call it patient coordinator) before the surgery day and visited the clinic. The surgeon explained all in details. All went as expected. Thanks to all the Medical Travel Co. team

I recently had the pleasure of using Medical Travel Co for my dental treatment in Istanbul, Turkey and I must say that my experience was absolutely amazing. Being from Albany, New York, I found that dental treatment in the US was simply too expensive for me to afford. My teeth were not in the best condition and this was impacting my relationships with those around me.

Thankfully, I stumbled upon Medical Travel Co (medical-travel.co) and decided to give them a call. Bradley, one of their sales representatives, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the prices he quoted me were surprisingly affordable. I was initially skeptical about the quality of service I would receive, but after conducting some research, I discovered that Medical Travel Co works with some of the best doctors in the industry.

When I arrived in Istanbul in December 2022, I was immediately impressed by the level of service I received. I was picked up from the airport by a friendly representative and taken to a luxurious five-star hotel. Every day, I was chauffeured to the clinic and back in a special vehicle. The dental clinic itself was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My dentist, Gulay, and his assistants were particularly outstanding and they made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.

Now that my dental treatment is complete, I can confidently say that I am a different person. My teeth are beautiful and I feel more self-assured and courageous than ever before. I truly wish I had done this sooner. I want to express my gratitude to Efe Rizvanoglu, the founder of Medical Travel Co UK, for taking such great care of me personally. And on a final note, the pistachio Turkish delight that he gave me at the airport on my return to America was simply delicious. I highly recommend Medical Travel Co to anyone in need of dental treatment at an affordable price without sacrificing quality or service.

From the moment I contacted Medical Travel LTD I have been so impressed.
After my initial enquiry, I received an almost immediate call back from Bradley.
He was concise and helpful in the first phone call.
This inspired my confidence and I was not disappointed… throughout my surgical odyssey I have been treated extremely well… I was contacted via WhatsApp regards all information… I was kept abreast (no pun intended)of all developments, from arrival at Istanbul airport, where I was seamlessly transferred to the beautiful Ramada Merter hotel (sooo lush) to the personal interpreter Ipek, who was an absolute dream, kind, efficient, and informative. My journey’s to and from the Liv Hospital were seamless and extremely well coordinated, never once did I feel alone . Let’s face it it’s hard to be in a country where you are not a native speaker, but never did I feel vulnerable, I had Ipek (my translator) by my side, regular updates via WhatsApp and Hotel staff who were exceptional. Everyone I encountered were personable and professional… my surgeon Professor Halil Ibrahim Canter, was amazing, he is a fluent English speaker.
The Professor was respectful, extremely professional and very informative. The use of 3D images via the Crisalix system, made a visual impression of how my surgery would proceed, I was counselled about the size of breast reduction, this was sensibly advised, I am no skinny binny. A small boob would look ridiculous, the 3D imaging showed that. Prior to my admission to the Hospital, I had both a lateral flow test and a PCR test (the nurse came to my hotel!
How accommodating is that?) I was required to fast from 12mn, but that’s not a problem when your being collected at 06:15hr (let’s face it, we sleep longer than I had to fast) once collected from my hotel I was chauffeur driven to the hospital… my room on the 9th floor of Liv Hospital was nothing short of luxury.
A fully positional bed, large to, a lovely en-suite shower room, there is even a chair bed for patients who have a companion staying. The menu was varied and ordering was simple.
Mr Canter arrived at my room and marked me up prior to surgery. My surgery was scheduled as first on the op list, so no waiting around. The transfer was seamless, and before I knew it I was in the recovery room, after that another seamless transfer back to my room.
I was in receipt of regular analgesia and kept informed of all developments in my care. I spent 1 night in hospital and received lunch and breakfast, I also used the room service for a late night pizza, complimentary water is provided. The nursing staff were wonderful, I received regular antibiotics and analgesia. The morning after my surgery, I was visited by Professor Canter, my wound dressings and drains were checked & I was then discharged. Back at the Ramada hotel I rested for the remainder of my stay. I had a final check up and drains removed on the 4th day post operation
Then a seamless transfer to Istanbul airport and home

Booking my dental work with Medical Travel Co. It was an absolutely amazing experience. I needed quite a bit of work done and had to go in for multiple visits, but was very impressed. The cleanliness and professionalism of the clinic made me feel comfortable and I was happy to return. The dentist was fantastic - he clearly explained every step of the process, so I knew exactly what to expect. And to top it off, the procedures were completely painless - which is a huge relief for someone who's had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I cannot recommend Abud's service with Medical Travel Co. enough - they exceeded all of my expectations!

I had very good experience with Medical Trav. Very professional and approachable. From liaising with Bradley at beginning he was very informative and honest and put my mind at ease. Meeting Yesim and the team here was very supportive. Thank you so much for your encouragement. I did not want to go through with it at first. So understanding. Treatment was very quick and professional. I felt no pain. Very person-centred. I was a bit of an awkward patient I think! If I can do this (and I did!!) anyone can xx
