We had a very positive experience with the exclusive package with Turkey medical center, from the beginning to the end of our stay in Istanbul.
Can picked us up at the the airport and took us back the to the airport on the last day.
The day my husband had the hairtransplant, Can was with him the whole time and took him safe back to the hotel after.
He took us sightseeing exciting places and restaurants with great food the day after the operation.
We had a very good experience.
My husband has felt safe from he booked to operation to now, when he is home and recovering. Can is available on messages when my husband have questions about the recovery.

My case manager Can was excellent he was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to me from start to finish also all the staff at the Medical Centre were very polite helpful and very professional.

I had a great experience dealing with Jon from the medical center turkey. He was very friendly and professional, which made the process very easy to go through. He was always punctual and offered to do more than he was required to. All in all Jon made this a good experience.

I absolutely had the time of my life. Everything was well organised and highly professional. Can and Rasa treated me like I’m a family rather than a client. They make your experiences seem like an all-inclusive holiday. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with John from Medical Center Turkey. From start to finish felt hugely comfortable that all needs were being addressed and the assistance was greatly appreciated. Made the two days in Istanbul super smooth and would highly recommend using them for any services in the future.

I would like to say a few words of my experience.
before I arrived in turkey I had a few conversation with Jon about what I need to do traveling from the USA and what to expect when i arrived.
Jon was more then helpful and was at the airport to pick me up. When we first met it was like meeting a friend. He was very friendly and helpful. we did some sight seeing and brought be to the hotel.
he picked me up at hotel to take me to hospital and stayed with me though out the whole process.
He informed me of all the things I should do and not do.
He was wonderful through out the whole experience.
the hospital staff was very friendly and patient with any question I had.
I would 100 percent recommend them and Jon.

We interviewed for aesthetic and some medical conditions. helped with everything. and I can say, clean work. More than just being satisfied, I felt comfortable and at home. it was helpful in every way and I can especially recommend it for the transfer as well. thanks!

I traveled with my father. My father had a hair transplant. I must say that it's really nice for right now. We live in Turkey but in a different city. and this was my first trip to the big city of istanbul. It was like a dream and my father's operation went super. thanks for everything. Bosphorus tour and fish and bread at the sea side. thank you for touristic places john. It was an nice suprise, I would like to thank the other teammates and the doctor. my father's greetings . Very poor customer care. I sent Watsapp messages to make inquiries, the person at the other end requested for pictures, to feel more comfortable about sending pictures I asked a few questions (which doctor,any helpful information etc) I did not get a response till the next day the person called without prior notice, it rang for only about 3 seconds, within the same minute, he or she sent a message saying they had closed my case because I failed to respond. And went ahead to block me.It was a shocking experience because most agents try to be extra nice and this one was something else.

I did send another message hoping a different/nicer person would reply. However, after your reply here, I got a reply saying I am unsuitable without further explanations. I had gotten quotes for the same thing in 2 different highly rated places but was hoping to compare different parameters.
And just as the last time, you called for 3 seconds and dropped, probably just for your records.
My inquiry today was on 2 different surgeries as your online form would only allow 1 at a time. You totally ignored the other and told me I was unsuitable.
I guess this interaction is a sign of what could happen assuming I patronized you.
I am willing to provide screenshots via other means of the conversations which would also show how you ignored my questions, called 1x and closed my case within 1 minute (as I am unable to attach here).

The greatest service i ever seen for the hairtransplant. First of the all, the price, you will never see such a good price in any country, for the all service, quality and time that they do.
On second hand, you can trust them in any aspect, transfers from airport, meeting you in there, providing all the information you need, answering all the questions, never felt so comfortable and calm before. Good attitude to customers, good english language knowledge of the guide person.
The place itself (medical center) looks very tidy, modern and has everything it needs. The doctors were very polite and professional.
The hotel place that they provided (included in price) was real 5 star hotel with very nice room.
Would really recommend for you to try. If you doubt, just message them and they will explain everything in smallest details. Very glad i found them.

I was looking for the hair transplant service in Turkey. I contacted few websites and got a prompt service from Mr. Can Ozdemir which was just the trailer of an excellent end-to-end service I would get. I never had any travel experience to Turkey and never had any hair transplant, obviously I was a bit reserved about the process. Right from my first email enquiry Mr. Can Ozdemir answered my all-non-stop questions thoroughly, relentlessly. Still, he is answering my post procedure question even if I am back from Turkey.
5-stars are NOT enough to rate the service I got for the price I paid for Sapphire FUE process. Mr. Can Ozdemir went over and above by allowing me in-person pre-procedure consultation (7 days before actual procedure, as I was in Turkey for personal work). He always made sure that I picked up and dropped off at my hotel and provide full information about the process, what to expect.
The hospital was clean, with good doctor, skill full staff. The timely service I received was cherry on the cake as the quality of the hair transplant, handling different stages without hiccups was incredible. I don’t believe it could have been any better in my imagination.

I recommend hair transplant to everyone through Medical Center Turkey.

I travel a lot. Actually from İstanbul. I was'nt have a lot of idea about Istanbul, because after my childhood i lived in switzerland. I had too naby throughts in my mind. But after i talked with Medical Center Turkey. I can only say! BEST BEST BEST!!! WHENEVER I NEED A HELP. THEY ARE THERE!. I had a lot of friend who had a hairtransplant as well in Istanbul. But i think different and wanted to try somewhere new. And i realized difference of normal service and helpful service. Being helpful and feeling like someone always there for you. Its just amazing..Thank you, i hope this letter can assist for all people who want's to try something new. Thanks John and everyone who helped me:)

Since i contacted medical center the response was great and i was given all the correct information and all the correct guidance and procedures to follow when arrive in Turkey and when i arrived the service provided by them was second to none . Extremely satisfied and can't thank enough for hospitality i got received and treatment was great. Highly recommended.

Service was amazing my caretaker did above and beyond and was there for me throughout the whole process. The doctors were great with hair transplant process was seemless.

Doctor is nice and takes his time. The sisters are very friendly and accommodating. In general, the reception was very friendly. But I had the jackpot with my guide who picked me up at the airport and brought me to the clinic. Very, very friendly, professional and warm. With him I really had the feeling that he wanted me to feel good and that I wasn't missing anything. I could write to him at any time and he also gave tips on where I should go privately. Can (the guide) and the whole clinic is really top and can be recommended!
