Great company, great people. Once I received a cold pack that arrived already popped and dead. I didn't care and sent them a message saying they didn't need to spend money replacing it and recommended a different shipping method. They messaged me back saying they would package them differently and sent me a new cold pack even though I said they didn't need to. My order was so small the cost of sending the new pack definitely put them in the red on that order but they did it anyway because they felt it was a matter of integrity to replace it. You can't find integrity in many places but you can find it here.

The small group of folks who run this business are great. Nice deals sometimes, and generally just a trustworthy vendor that communicates well and is run by nice folks who are or were employed in the EMS field themselves. Their podcasts contain good information. They occasionally have some items that are either really good values or hard to find elsewhere. Since they do maintain their own stock and are a smaller vendor, this means they sometimes have things in stock and ready to ship that larger companies do not.
