Helpful but need a way to save conditions and add new ones without having to start again. Such a waste. Also I think there are some companies not yet in here that are good if you have med conditions

To confirm, when obtaining a quote on our site, all conditions are saved once you have completed the medical declaration for that traveller and you have proceeded to the quote results page.
However, if the application is not completed and the page is left inactive, the site will time out to help protect your data. This can result in the need to start the application again.
I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. However, I am pleased that you were able to purchase a policy in the end.

Go compare medical insurance
After phoning around some individual specialist medical insurance companies I decided to try go compare. Didn't know they done this. Their quotes were much cheaper (appx £100 and much lower excess £50) for same cover. Would recommend.

Poor service
A couple of minutes after I purchased a policy, I requested a hard copy. They asked me to provide further details. This is the first time, I’ve experienced this type of issue. Other previous insurers had no problem processing this request. I promptly deleted the policy.

Double check entries
Initially I had difficulty moving forward from quote to pay. However when I started from scratch again I realised I had originally missed putting a health condition so it was a good thing in the end.
