My time at Medicana Hospital was limited but I had the most efficient and kind service by the doctors and the girl called Edona ( She was very kind and helpful) I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses.

Their services are top tier and I’d recommend anyone to visit them

I recently stayed at this hospital for my rhinoplasty. It was very nice and clean. The nurses were nice. The night before my procedure I had to get some tests done and I was able to get a translator named Hisham to help me navigate through the hospital. He did an amazing job at communicating with me and helping me before getting my procedure. He is extremely nice and professional. I would recommend any person from out the country to ask for him as a translator!

Satisfied with the entire stay. A professional team that works professionally and dedicated to every patient. Top service from translators, hygienists, nurses and doctors. Great kindness to doctor Erdinc Ozek. A person with experience, knowledge, empathy and understanding. Thanks to the medical staff, especially Fehime Bazturk, Buse Uzun and Sila Gezer. To Irem Ugit, which every year and every time invests in the comfort of our stay. Also praises for Songul Bildik, which flawlessly cleans the room. And this would not be complete if we did not have the best translator, Abduselam Mujezinovic, who was at our disposal every day and all the good and bad moments that the treatment brought to us.

We went to Bursa Medicana hospital and we were very pleased with the kindness and service they provided to us. Special thanks for the office of international patients, we don’t found any difficulty with the language, the translators were available, everything passed so good and we were very satisfied.

On 12/14/24, I purchased a box of 100 easy touch 27g syringes. I was willing to give Medicana a chance as my new supplier. I paid for 4 day shipping.

As of today, 12/18/24, the purchased item isn't even ready to ship to me.

Not only did you not ship according to my shipping payment choice at this point it looks like it will be at least 7 days, maybe more from purchase date to delivery.

This is unacceptable and I am debating whether to return my order. You certainly haven't won me over as a new customer.

I'll continue to use Amazon for the great shipping.

Worst experience ever, full of fraudsters. We went for a hair transplant, they over harvested my donor area pulling around 5000 grafts out and only planted around 500 on my head SCAM. I heard from a local turkish person that they freeze most of the grafts to sell to other people. I do not recommend this hospital for any sort of surgery or transplant. I had to ask for the guarantee 3 times which was a fake guarantee because I asked to go back and they refused and stopped replying. The recruiter we spoke to was named Abdullah from medicana, he will sell you a lot of fake promises, avoid him.

DO NOT GET SURGERY HERE! I went for a breast lift, implants and reduction of areola. They are very uneven! One implant is 2 inches higher than the other. They have completely dropped and my nipples are facing downwards. One areola is twice the size of the other. I have had consultations at other clinics, and they said I will need at least 2/3 surgeries to fix it and over £13,000. They also made me sign a document in Turkish while I was being sedated. They also claimed I owed another €2,000 and tried to take my card to make the payment while I was on heavy pain killers recovering from surgery. If I didn’t have a friend there helping me, I would have been completely scammed. I also had pus coming out of my scars. This has been the most horrible experience.

I did mommy makeover tummy tuck and Brest lift with dr Umut zereyak he missed up my belly it’s burned all around he left with hole under my belly button and Sever infection which becomes burned I got hernia after the surgery and all around my Breast a long scar in the middle which’s my nibble just gone. All his reviews and photos on instagram makes me believe in him he ruined my life. I paid him more than 7000£ and end up with permanent damaged

We are not from Turkey and we made arrangements with the hospital for a treatment with an agreed price. After arrival and paying for the treatment and a scan, they told us that the scan showed that the treatment was not suitable yet and we first have to do radiotherapy and come back after a month. We agreed on a price for the additional radiotherapy and also to only be paid after coming back. However, before the end of the month, the patient unfortunately passed away.
This meant that we were expecting now a charge back of the agreed price for the treatment minus the agreed price for radiotherapy. Unfortunately they decided to charge something completely different for the radiotherapy and significantly more than what was initially agreed and completely stopped responding.

In addition, a lot of things were wrong with this hospital:
- Their machine broke down and forced us to wait for it to be fixed to do a scan even though we agreed on the time that we could stay in Turkey and there were other places where we could do the scan
- Their communication was horrible, we had several people arrange different things with us at the same time without them being aware and have a single point of contact

In short, I would recommend to stay far away from these thieves and criminals

Highly appreciate medical services of Medicana in Ankara. Good doctors and very skilled backend specialists.Prices are high, but I like the quality!
