Mistakes everywhere.

Our 5 month old puppy is allergic to Chicken, so I went online and found Medicanimal did food with Turkey, which apparently is OK. I ordered it on 9th of January and after 10 days a package arrived. But not only was it Chicken, it was for Adult dogs. I then complained to Medicanimal. After a couple of emails , they answered. I was told to send the Adult food back, and they would send the correct order out.That was 16th January. I returned it. once they knew I had postage proof they were sending out the replacement. That didn't happen until the 20th of January. Its now 28th of January, still no sign of my order. I've been told it seems to be lost before getting to the parcel delivery depot. So they have now sending a refund, which so far hasn't gone In the bank. I will never use this company again.

I recently placed an order for some dog…

I recently placed an order for some dog food but unfortunately only part of the order was delivered. I contacted Medicanimals to let them know of the problem and they couldn't have been more helpful. The remainder of my order was delivered the very next morning. The lady I spoke to was helpful and very apologetic. I appreciate that sometimes things go wrong and that putting it right really matters, in this case the service couldn't have been better. Well done Medicanimals.

Check the weight and price…

Their pricing structure is somewhat confusing I ended up ordering my cat food at nearly twice the price per weight having assumed (wrongly) that the price was about right for the quantity
Although offering to refund ( the cats had already started on one of the packs and I could see part order returns being problematic ! ) and my suggestion that they send out some extra as compensation wasn’t taken up but instead very useful advice to check the weight before ordering thanks medic animal !! Also the delivery came from a completely different company via Amazon leading to some confusing emails
Probably won’t be ordering again we’re good in the past

There's something strange going on…

There's something strange going on here. I've started getting emails form a company calling itself medicanimal.com (note the lack of an "s" at the end) but Trustpilot won't let me add that, so I looked at medicanimals as reviewed here, but the web site didn't exist. I've tried unsubscribing but continue to get adverts. Seeing as I no longer have a pet (they sadly passed away a few years ago) these emails are annoying, upsetting and of no use. If you are thinking of using this company do some thorough checks before continuing.

Excellent service as always. Would def recommend. Always delivered quickly, well packaged, easy to use site, quick and easy payment and usually some good offers.

Never again

Having purchased a cat food with quaranteed palatability, or money back. Well I tried and tried to get money back but would not and did not refund monies after several e mails and complaints that my cat would not eat this food.

Also found that the andrew Boucher you deal with at animal medics is the same person as pet supermarket .. So will not use them again. Either.
Can't recommend fetch pet supplies highly enough though there customer service is fantastic.

Still waiting !!!

I ordered my goods on the 21st September and as of the 4th October I have still not received them and my order remains showing as waiting for approval. I wrote an email to the customer service email address provided to try and get an update on where my goods are . I received an immediate response but have no idea if this is automated or personal as all of it is in a language that I believe to be German and I am none the wiser as to where my goods are.
