Vile consultants. Avoid

Booked a consultation and submitted all personal records. The woman who called (so say a clinician) was 20 minutes late and denied being late even with it being a blatant fact that she was. She continued to be rude and condescending throughout the call, talking over me and just wanting to tick boxes. I was told by this unprofessional woman that I should wait 10 days to see if I’m accepted or not. As soon as she hung up the phone, I had a message saying I’d been declined. This horrible heartless woman had no intention of accepting me and took no accountability for being late. I’ve dealt with many clinics and this one being the most unprofessional and was just straight up rude. There’s plenty of clinics out there that respect patients and their needs. This Mickey Mouse outlet needs to be avoided. And whoever called me needs to see a dr herself. Must be sad life having to treat people like that.

Don’t bother

They take weeks to get back to you or review your info, weeks to wait for the appointment, and then weeks to review your application. Then they reject you and don’t tell you why.

Joke of a service, clearly they’re just doing it to everyone now.

CB1 medical got back to me and reviewed my medical documents within 10 minutes of registering. Already have the consultation booked. Highly recommend so far.

Brilliant

I was recommended Medicann by someone and decided to give it a try. The whole process was impressively fast and straightforward. I applied online on a Monday, had my initial appointment over the phone, and by Friday I was already approved and able to order my first prescription, which arrived the same week.

The turnaround time really stood out to me, as everything was completed within just a few days. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed help, they’ve responded quickly during business hours.

Overall, it’s been a very easy and efficient experience to join and get started. I’d definitely recommend Medicann to others looking for a smooth and speedy process.

Delighted with the service from start…

Delighted with the service from start of the process to the telephone interview and the dispensing of my medication. A big well done and hopefully this will help me get of my high dose tramadol which I have been taking for many years! Fingers crossed SH Belfast

I'm utterly shocked

I'm utterly shocked! I have never in my life been so happy about a company. I applied Tuesday and with a few simple steps I was called by Alex. The call was fine, she was not rushed and nice so it was so comfortable. Any hoo, after the Doctor gave the approval, I received my prescription, and my medication was delivered by RM on Thursday! Because I'm awful with technology, I messaged and they messaged back in minutes (to inform me what I was doing wrong).
I thought performance like that didn't exist now.

Been with Medicann since August 25 and…

Been with Medicann since August 25 and not a bad word to say. They are easily the most cost effective and efficient clinic/pharmacy (IPS) combo.

Even after the Easter break, script's have been sent today, which I only paid for

You will find the negative comments are people who aren't eligible - not a fault of the clinic if a Dr has issues with your medical past.

Wouldn’t use anywhere else

Easy process from the start straight forward easy and all done through the app! Laid out very nice shows you tasks when they need to be completed. Uploaded all my relevant documents from my nhs portal didn’t have to get a print out from my doctors. Once these had been verified I booked a appointment and waited for my phonecall to come in the meantime then I had to verify my address and identity which was simple bank statement and passport photo after my date for my phonecall we discussed my conditions we discussed mental health and the pros and cons etc.. after this it was sent to the mdt for decision weather I meet the criteria which I did. Afterwards I received a email to say I was approved and could now purchase orders!

Extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional.
They rejected my application, no explanation as to why or option to ask them why incase they made a mistake, just a message on the app saying "membership discharged"

Very little communication from company

Very little communication from company. App is awful. Doesn't work properly. Booked an appointment but it didn't show up on app. Tried a few times and it eventually showed up. Phone call was 40 mins late. Then 5 minutes to be discharged but with no information. Did contact company to ask why discharged and was just told not eligible. I understand that there is a reason but I think its only fair to be told why.

New patient

New patient. I aready retained my full medical records for another matter so total turnaround time for me personally was 6 days from application to medication.
With my pain and adhd finally somewhat managable, today I was able to complete housework tasks I had put off since Christmas 🫣
Great start to my new journey!

medicann 🔟

can’t fault this company, great communication very understanding Doctors and patient care is most priority. I switched from Releaf and they asked me to write a reveiw… it’s fair to say that now i am on Medicann i am finally Releafed from issues

(I wasn’t asked to write this, my experience here only one month in has been much more professional than previous clinic mentioned above) :)

From the initial consultation they have been utterly amazing ! I haven’t been with anyone else and have only just started with this medication and it is faultless.

Super fast delivery: receiving my order in under 24 hours after payment.
And I have to say that my social anxiety is 70% better after starting this !

wouldnt go with medicann

wouldnt go with medicann, im diagnosed with severe anxitey and depression had my appointment yesterday couldnt sign in last night emailed this morning and told me ive been declined gave me no reason why when ive been with mutiple clinics before waste of time

Shambles from the start

What a horrendous waste of time it was joining this clinic.
it took them over 3 weeks to get me an appointment with a doctor after my initial consultation was completed.
Sent them countless emails back and forth with the same response every time with them trying to tell me that i have to wait for a “specialist doctor” and couldn’t give me an actual date..
Took them 3 weeks to even give me a date..
Waited all that time and was finally prescribed..
At that point i felt things would get easier but in fact it became even harder..
When i started to run out of my first script i emailed them with a week left before i ran out and was basically ignored..
I told them that i was going to run out in 5 days yet after 6 days of emails they still never responded leaving me without my medication knowing i was running out with no care in the world about my health..
I even spoken to a consultant on the phone 3 days before i was due to run out and she promised me they would sort it and promised me they wouldn’t let me run out!
I did eventually run out and still to this day not heard anything back regarding this despite the countless emails too!
They tell you what they can do for you and how they can help you then they don’t bother doing any of it when you need it..
Email after email yet they never responded and just ignored me for over a week which is funny because when i requested my discharge letter (2 days after i actually ran out) they emailed me back within 4 mins..
What an absolute joke of a clinic who’s clearly taken in more patients then they can cope with..
I highly recommend you stay well clear..
They will waste your time and cause you so much unnecessary stress as anxiety..
Maybe they used to be good but now they are probs the worst private clinic i’ve ever had to deal with..
No phone number to call when you need anything seems ridiculous concidering they are looking after sick/vulnerable people..
Staff are full of rubbish telling you everything you wanna hear but also everything they don’t provide when you need it..
They make out they are the best when they are far from that!
If your own health is your priority then i’d go with another clinic as it’s clearly not theirs!
If i could give a 0 star rating then i would! (even tho that would be too good for them)!

Waited a month for the interview

Waited a month for the interview, then it came to the phone call. all seemed to go well. 30 minutes later I get an email to log in to my account. So I did to find out i couldn't log in.
so i eventually find out i was not approved with no explanation. tried to find out and i am being ignored.
This is how they treat people. I have High Anxiety with depression. this medication is the only thing that works.
Thanks Medicann for wasting a month of my life and ignoring someone who needs the medication that you sell.
