I also experienced about my cost of something that was not explained example cost of specialists was told would be 30 but was actually good but when plan came it was 30 to 60 dollars. With my income $30 is still a struggle. When talking to sales they should be clear on cost.

Well the first time I called to speak to someone about my medical insurance I can’t remember her name she took all of my info and said I should be receiving my medical card in about a week but that never happened so I call back and the person that help me was wonderful she went way and beyond to help me there are no word that can compare to her customer service she has to be your best representative on your staff she was patient, understanding to my needs and she also fixed my biggest problem by helping me keep my same doctor and researching better insurance options! She is the best!
