Agent David Volkert was so extremely helpful processing my application for insurance coverage. He obviously knows his business and the whole process was efficiently completed in a short amount of time. I made the mistake of trying another supplemental plan for a year and I’m happy to be back with United of Omaha.

Leah Araujo the representative from TZ Insurance made what could have been a frustrating and potentially fruitless application process for supplemental insurance a successful and personally positive one. She stepped in to resolve an issue with my application with professional effectiveness and resolve seeing that the application proceeded to completion even as the winter holidays were upon us. I greatly appreciate having chanced upon such a competent professional who guided me through a complicated process with expertise and grace.

Robert Taylor is one of the best insurance agents I’ve ever worked with. I sold Health/Life insurance in 2009-2010 so I know how difficult it can be for customers to understand all the complexities of these products. Medicare Supplements vs Advantage plans are particularly hard. Robert went through every variation with me, gave me some days to do my own research and think about my situation then called back and walked me through the Supplement application process.
I’ve also had difficulty getting information on Part D plans without being told I had to sign up with the agent on the phone for a Part B supplement first. Robert gave me the right number to call at Medicare.
If I could I would tell his boss he deserves a raise.

Michael at TZ Insurance Solutions was efficient and friendly while helping me select a supplemental plan. He gave me some added tips on how and why I might want to handle premium payments, which was very thoughtful of him and helpful to me.

My phone calls answered very quickly by David Volkert. He is very knowledgeable with his job and helped me immensely. To get back into a Medicare supplement insurance policy from Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. He got everything through very fast before the deadline. It's always nice to find someone that is that excellent on their job.

I'm 70 and am retiring at the end of 2025. I have Medicare A & B and BCBS from my company. I'll be off my company BCBS as of 12/31. I was looking for a Gap plan to pay the 20% Medicare does not cover. I was connected to Stacy McIntosh who spent all the time we needed to address my questions and concerns. When we finished, I signed up for Aetna Plan G for $212/month. I thought Stacy did a superior job, walking me through various plans and explaining the differences. I am completely satisfied with my experience. This company is the real deal. Give them a try.

Patience, knowledge and curtious

We talked to Robert Taylor ( apparently not the actor )LOL.
We had spent the better part of the week trying to figure out what we needed to replace the original AARP plan that THEY CANCELLED.
Robert was a great help in getting us a new plan, and he did it with a sense of humor.

I knew exactly what I wanted as my Medicare supplement, just had to call to sign up. Entered my info on Medicare.gov and within a few minutes had an agent from Aflac on the phone. Robert Taylor of TZ Insurance called and I told him what I needed and he was wonderful. Got me signed up at a great premium and was able to give direction and understanding throughout the process. Highly recommend. Signing up for anything over the phone is stressful but he made it a breeze!
