I have been getting my order from yourselfs roughly 6 months this time it took so long for my order to be to be looked at an dispatched I am almost 2 wks without my jab plus I don’t understand why every month I have to send video evidence it has never been straight forward ordering for me

Customer service is appalling to say the least

Took 6 days for them to send my jab and everytime I phoned got told itl be done when its done but they was quick to take my money, I asked for refund twice and still not has responded

My first order went well and quickly.
I went to make my second order and everything changed. Suddenly my evidence wasn’t enough, they needed all my data again (had they lost it - were they secure?) they demanded every receipt or evidence of my prescriptions (two plus years and multiple providers - not going to happen), I have them what I hard they took my money for almost four weeks and counting, have ignored refund demands. Have had to go to bank to chargeback, in meantime cannot afford another supplier and run out, explained this to them - I was ignored. This became a safety issue so will report to the CQC too. They shouldn’t be operating in this manner.

No mention of the new paitent intake form once I placed my order on the website, so it sat in my junk email until I looked into why my order was taking so long to process.

Filled in the form, which asked several of the same questions I already filled in during the order process on the website. The same day I get another email asking for more information with a link to the exact same new paitent form. I called the CS line, and supposedly, despite filling in the information TWICE ALREADY, they need me to confirm what medication I'm on and the last time I took the medication.

I was also required to film a video of myself for the new paitent form to confirm my weight. Supposedly, the weight was not clearly visible. The video is in 4k, so unless they're viewing the video on a potato, the weight IS CLESRLY VISIBLE!

I asked the CS representative I spoke to why, if they need more information, make me go through the new paitent form for a second time instead of sending me an email I can actually reply to so I can give them the information they require. The man was very uninterested and just kept repeating I have to fill out this form.

I've cancelled my order and will source my medication from another pharmacy which actually gives a hoot about wasting paitents time.
