Due to the Italian Competition Authority Decision in Italy in March 2026 against misleading systematic deception in their processes and procedures. . The UK uses the same system. DUE TO FAKE 1 star REVIEWS we are no longer putting attention to this profile. Fake Reviews from Mr Gukol Raveendra and his gang. Approx 100 fake reviews from 2023 to 2026 using fake names. A court Judgment was issued for damages against Mr Raveendra for £2,795 for damage to company property. Which he paid. And another £7,000 is owed for damage to company property but he has fled the UK. Google is using its AI to place further damage on the victims. 360,00 potential Medicines Online patients so far have been misled by google as it is supporting this misleading reviews system. The Regulator and TP failed to remove these illegal 1 star reviews. TP have been reported to the Police who asked TP to remove these 1 star fake reviews in the last 3 years. 9/10 1 star reviews are from the Gang of Mr Raveendra. The result of legal letters and complaints is - zero........ We now have 3 Companies in our group please contact us on WhatsApp about any of them. Medicines Online has excellent prices and patients who sought care over the last 4 years were harmed and put at risk by this misleading review system. FAKE REVIEW -

My name is Darrin Busutill. I am a debt collector. I have access to company records for the purpose of collecting debts.

There is no such customer this name is fake.

The request for information revealed that this review is fake.

"Trust" pilot has allowed a fake review on their platform which of course is illegal.

The real person attacking this company with a stream of fake reviews is Mr Gukol Raveendra part of an indian gang of migrants.

Mr Raveendra paid under court judgement £2795 for damage to the company when he was employed for 3 weeks in 2024.

I have another £4000 which he owes but the total damage and training costs amounts to more than £9,000.

The Gang including his supervisor Ms Rythmi Sandragiri (I have an outstanding debt of £14,000 in training fees unpaid by her) was involved in robbery including breakins into the Laboratory and blackmail to get money.

The company has a zero tolerance to gang abuse.

Mr Raveendra has fled the country after having issues with the Home Office. But the gang still believes that they can continue their attacks even though he was working without a visa and his vias extension as a student was rejected in 2026.

It is illegal for TP to publish this review. Now they have lost their immunity. And I will also be seeking money from them.

The Police and the regulator allow TP to break the law but other platforms G and A respect the review laws. Consider G as a professional reviews organisation. Not Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck TP, prejudicially supported by the reviews regulator. so they can engage in mafia revenue grabbing activities of small business in the UK.

I honestly wish I had read the reviews…

I honestly wish I had read the reviews properly before placing my order. I was attracted by the promise of a quick turnaround and the NHS discount, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The order was supposed to be delivered within 1 day, and although I understand that ordering in the evening may cause a slight delay, I still expected some proper communication. Instead, I’ve had no meaningful response apart from automated WhatsApp messages, and there doesn’t appear to be any proper tracking information for my order.

When you’re ordering something because you need the results quickly, this lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and stressful. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering and checking the reviews carefully beforehand.

I’m now looking into getting a refund and, if necessary, pursuing the matter through my bank.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The service wasn’t as friendly or helpful as I expected, and the prices seemed higher compared to other websites I’ve used. Overall, I didn’t feel that I received good value for money, and the experience could definitely be improved.

Fake Review reported to Police and to the Ombudsman and to "Trust"pilot

Everyone knows that the prices of medicines online are low and not high as this person claims. This is a carbon copy review of one he sent last year.

The real name of the reviewer is Gukol Raveendra. He has been attacking with fake reviews for more than 1 year. An Indian migrant who damaged and stole more than £7500 of laboratory equipment after he begged the company to give him a chance and train him. Within 3 weeks he had stolen £7500. The company even has video footage. But the Police of course did nothing.

Immigration has been conducted as he is working illegally in the UK as his visa expired.

My Name is Darrin Busuttil. I have a CCJ against Mr Raveendra for £4000 and I am trying to collect my money from him. I am a debt collector. these words are mine and not that company.

Reported to Trading Standards and MHRA

Reported to Trading Standards and Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, lied about trading standard policies which I knew from the get go was incorrect hence the report, and received unprofessional and aggressive messages. I suspect the whole thing is a scam, so I wouldn't trust any results that you receive back from them either.

Fortunately my credit card provider agreed with me and refunded me in full for the products I bought but I would avoid this company like the plague. You only have to look at their responses to the negative reviews on here to see how unprofessional they are and the level of customer service you would receive from them directly!

By the looks of it, they seem to think we are not real customers, so I can confirm that I am indeed a real customer. I am also not racist or abusive or whatever else they accuse us all of being, and I look forward to the response I get to this review as it will only prove my review even further!

Trustpilot has followed their procedure and the customer has not identified themselves.

As such we will request this review be removed as it Trustpilots own Procedures. A legal and Proper request. Trustpilots terms state that flagging reviews is not a legal request. A formal Legal Notice is required.

My Name is Darrin Busuttil and I am the debt collector and I will be collecting £2000 from Trustpilot for maintaining this illegal review. They have lost their immunity. Of course I will send the formal legal notice. Which I am expecting them to ignore and actually i hope they will ignore it. As the damages are £1000 per day.

I want my money.

6 August

No details for us to take action.

Let me offer my details as a token of good faith.

Firstly - in 2025 Medicines Online Laboratory issued a notice on the profile that they do not pay attention anymore to this profile on this website.

The reason is 5 years of blackmail and extortion attempts with a fair amount of evidence reported to Police and several regulators. The online personal attacks traumatised all the staff and the regulators failed to protect them from abuse by this platform. So "THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO IT ANYMORE" - I do that.

Second - in 2026 - all replies are not made by the Laboratory Staff. They are made by me.

Thirdly - My name is Darrin Busuttil. I am a debt collector and investigator for the purposes of collecting debts and revealing fraud against retailers by consumers. I respond here to breaches of contract abusers like you.

My words are from me as the person assigned to collect debts for this company. I have access to all information in my role as the investigator for collection and evaluation of information for the purposes of debt collection and using all information in court to collect debts and to satisfy the court that your claims are abusive and false enough to get me a judgement and then I get my money by visiting your house.

The company sells me the debts as per terms and conditions of sale. And the debts become mine to collect.

I think I know who is this person. As there was an altercation 2 weeks ago with you.

I will wait a little bit more and give them a chance to stand by their words to reveal who they are.

But everyone (all lovers of gossip and hate speech online, [serious people use google reviews not this mafia gossip website]) will be able to see.. who the scammer is by if they dont provide their details.

Hi great please send real name or order number. We have no comment until we can gather the facts.

We like facts :)

At the moment - the aggressive language is all coming from you Sir/Madam.

These facts are easy for everyone to see.

Its interesting that you use the worlds leading Scam Review Platform and not Google which everyone knows removes scam reviews.

Looking forward to getting info on who you are as we keep all the chats for evidence for Police.

I will follow up tomorrow and see if your willing to identify who you are. I rather doubt it.

You already are misleading and inciting others to online crimes as per the Online safety Act 2023.

We freely offer refunds for unhappy customers. There is no resistance at all as its an easy policy to action.

Sometimes people test us and ask for a refund and then change their mind when they realise that people like you have a hidden agenda when they find out our Refund Policy is 100% transparent and real... unlike you.. zero transparency yet.. I wonder why :)

And we have taken screen shots already of your review. As we know that your a scammer and telling lies. As soon as we identify you then of course.. we can report also you already for your lies.. we just need you to stop hiding behind the scam platform.

We all know that they lost £200 million (1/3rd of their value) in May from being exposed for blackmail and mafia tactics. Its not a lie.. search on google read about it.. its well covered.

Straightforward and reliable

I recently used Medicines Online for a blood test and everything went smoothly.

The kit arrived quickly through my letterbox, the instructions were clear, and taking the sample was easy. I posted it back in a Royal Mail post box and received my results a few days later

I still can check my results on my account, so its easy to use

Weirdo company

Their replies to low ratings is unhinged LMAO. Apparently they even have a clause in their contracts that sets out to penalise people for 1-2 star reviews (i.e £1000 penalty (minimum) for low reviews).

They say they apparently won court cases against customers. I'd love for them to try to take me to court.

15 Aug Update

Fake review - Reviewer did not reply to Trustpilots request.

TrustPilot is now displaying an illegal Review.

My Name is Darrin Busuttil I am the Debt Collector and I am taking Trustpilot to court for £2000 for maintaining an Illegal Review.

22 July update

Many companies find now that they need to take legal action against misleading and unfair reviews.

Our terms are about fair and reasonable reviews. Our terms state that 1 or 2 star is ok if the company did not meet its terms and conditions (parameters) of the sale. and a 3 or 4 or 5 star is fair if the company performed its side of the agreement.

We work very hard to keep to the agreement terms.

There are 3 misleading elements in this Mis Ha review.

This gang of reviews led by a misleading one on 20 July (which has been removed) But it must now also be reported to the Police for incitement for online abuse. A criminal offence

the misleading review has now been removed. But this follower Miss Ha still allows their misleading review to remain.

21 July Update

great - please provide your name and address and we will make you happy.

21 July - didnt get your details yet.. are your comments just a scam or they are reliable?

Misleading, sales-driven results report, confirmed by their own helpdesk

The results report (the main problem):

My test came back with a headline result of "Negative", but the comment printed underneath contradicted it entirely. It claimed "a low level was detected". It also asserted I was "not exceeding normal levels" and that levels "fluctuate daily" with rest, stress, alcohol and training. For this kind of test the answer is essentially yes/no, present or not. There is no "normal level" that rises and falls with your lifestyle, so the comment was clinically meaningless as well as self-contradictory.

The same comment mentioned that I might need a prescription to deal with it then directed me to buy a £60 prescription over WhatsApp plus a discounted retest.

So one report told me both that I was negative and that I had something to treat, which was very alarming and left me no idea where I actually stood.

When I challenged it, their own helpdesk confirmed the issue. They told me the result itself comes from the equipment manufacturer's interpretation, but, in their words, "the comments is from us", i.e. the contradictory narrative was their own addition, not a laboratory finding. They then reissued the report noting the "standard comment [was] removed at the request of the customer", confirming it is boilerplate printed on results generally, not anything measured from my sample. So by their own account, a comment that flatly contradicts your actual result and pushes a paid prescription goes out as standard, and is only removed if you push back.

Additional minor negatives:

Delivery: I ordered Sunday night with 24-hour delivery, so the kit should have arrived Tuesday. It came Wednesday, a day late.

Receipt and tracking: I posted my sample that same Wednesday, before the after-4pm collection, so it should have reached the lab by Thursday. My order was not marked "received" until a full week later, on the 16th, and only on the same day the results were issued, with no update the entire time to show it had even arrived.

Conclusion:

The rest of the service was okay. On its own I might have rated it 4 or 5 stars. But a testing lab's one essential job is a clear, accurate result, and a self-contradictory, misleading report is not fit for purpose.

We know this person. His misleading review is in process of being actioned by the courts.

My Name is Darrin Busuttil I am a debt collector.

I am claiming £2000 from this person for issuing a misleading review - and incitement to others for hate crimes.

Our terms clearly state that reviews should be fair and reasonable.

Our report was 100% accurate given that the result agreed with his expectation. In many PCR results there will be residual DNA.

Abusers like to use Trustpilot as they know trustpilot does not remove misleading reviews. Other platforms do remove them.

Clearly giving a 1 star before the end of the process is a revenge attack seeking damage to us and not a person wishing to make a fair and reasonable review.

And maybe he is a competitor and is not even waiting for a result. Just wants to attack on day 1. Does he have his own PCR machine? we think he does.

We have saved this online abuse and also the abuse and threats in whatsapp that he made. And had to freeze his account due to legal action pending.

UPDATE: 21 July

This customer informed us - after we sent the comments in the report - that he was expecting this same result that we had given in our report.

Our report was 100% accurate given that the result agreed with his expectation. In many PCR results there will be residual DNA.

He asked us to remove all report comments and send a revised report. So we did what he asked!

Our report was 100% accurate given that the result agreed with his expectation. In many PCR results there will be residual DNA.

I went to this lab recently

I went to this lab recently, and I was really surprised at how easy and smooth everything was. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they made sure I understood everything. Even though I was a bit nervous at first, they made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated how polite and patient everyone was, it made the whole experience feel personal and caring. The results were delivered really quickly, and I could access them online without any hassle. Everything was clearly explained, which made it easy to understand. This lab showed me that good healthcare doesn’t have to be stressful, it can be fast, efficient, and genuinely caring at the same time. I would definitely recommend them.

False information. We think we know who this person is. She was an abuser in WhatsApp. and has been reported for abuse of staff in a incident report. She was making personal attacks on our staff and presenting them in Trustpilot but her attacks got removed so i guess she is again here trying again.

She traumatised staff so much one had to leave for the day after being subjected to a stream of written accusations and abuses that caused trauma and emotional distress/ harm to our staff and to try to get them to make mistakes.

We did give a refund to keep the peace. but of course its not mentioned.

We do require WhatsApp support to be in writing for safety of staff and customers so all communications are evidenced for everyones protection in false or Road Rage claims.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Do not buy anything from this website. The communication is non existent and not possible. I went to collect the sample as they did not make the post for delivery on the day I ordered.

I arrived at a small run down internet cafe in Clapham junction. The person on the desk had no knowledge of my order type despite me showing him an email confirmation receipt of my order. He then proceeded to go into a cupboard and rifle through parcels and presented me with one that was half open. There is no signage to show any certification that gives confidence that they are even able to handle such packages.

After receiving my sample and opening the package, I was directed to an address further down the road which is a letterbox in the wall, with no human there to receive it, but I had paid for a test with same day results, which wouldn’t be possible as the parcel could not be collected by anybody.

I returned to the shop I collected the kit from and spoke with the man who gave it to me and he said he was just a click and collect point. Upon calling the customer service line, he put me on to a person called James who was using a fake accent to explain that everything was above board and when I explained I didn’t feel comfortable using an already open package he ended the call.

I have missed work and travelled across London today do what is effectively a scam. The ‘24/7’ customer service line only responded to me last night at 11pm to confirm that I wouldn’t receive the package by post today despite me paying £15 for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm when I ordered around 4pm.

This is 100% a scam operation. DO NOT BUY from here. Shame on the people who call themselves Muslims and act in the name of religion trying to take advantage of vulnerable people.

This person was refunded in full before they made this review. But its designed as a hate review.

There is no mention of the refund in full.

Also, this reviewer has been reported to the Police by the Click and Collect team for illegally filming people and abusive remarks.

We believe "Road Rage Online" should be a crime just like it already is in the streets.

Of course this person is so aggressive and abusive to the staff at the click and collect they were in shock and actually afraid for their safety. Adn we fully expect given the type of abuser that there will be further abusive replies and safety concerns for staff.

Hi I sorry that you didnt realise that when you changed the default to 1 label. it meant that you get an outgoing label only. But when you attacked us at customer service whats app of course we will defend the policies of the company. We dont give labels for free. And we dont sell them seperately as they available for £2-£4 online or at the post office.

Many Customers like to choose their own method of return and feel its good to have a choice. So we allow them to choose their label options. We think adding 1 or 2 options is good for customers.

For all customers: if you change the default from 2 labels to only 1 label. Please understand:

Customers who choose 1 label either want to keep the kit for a longer period of time, or hand delivery back to the laboratory or one of the click and collect locations. Or have a special return requirement. Or they are ordering a product that is for home use and not a Laboratory return product.

We have a range of options including home use kits. These dont require return labels back to the laboratory.

Thank you for understanding.

I recently had an extremely… "James Thomas"

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Medicines Online. Everything started fine, but things took a very unpleasant turn when I had to deal with one of their employees/managers ""James Thomas"" who completely misbehaved with me. I reached out to their support team regarding an issue with my order, expecting polite and professional service, but instead, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The tone, attitude, and lack of respect were shocking for a healthcare-related company that should value compassion and professionalism.

When I tried to explain my concern calmly, the manager interrupted, raised their voice, and even made sarcastic remarks. It felt like they had no intention of helping or resolving the issue at all. As a paying customer, I felt insulted and disrespected. Good customer service is about empathy, patience, and communication — qualities that Medicines Online seriously seems to lack.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. A company operating in the medical field should ensure their staff is properly trained in professionalism and customer care. Until they fix their internal behavior issues and teach their employees/managers how to treat customers with basic respect, I cannot recommend Medicines Online to anyone.
