The team is full of knowledge and can answer any of your queries without a doubt! you never feel like you’re alone. The training and the on going support provided by the company really preps you to make clinical decisions. The team in the hub know how to have a laugh and make the experience ten times better :D

I have worked for TMMT just over a year now. Best decision I ever made. When I first started I had a few areas I was lacking clinical knowledge in and through the supportive training. I have definitely come a long way.
The team is really great and accommodating. The clinical support team is also very useful for quick responses to queries. With regular training sessions I’ve been able to keep to up date with latest guidance and clinical practices.
Only company I’ve ever worked for that strikes a good balance between work and family life! They actually care about their employees!

Fantastic team to work for! I have been so impressed with the level of support and communication from the senior pharmacists and the support team. The is always someone at hand to answer queries and provide you with whatever help you need. TMMT are always expanding and developing and hold regular training sessions and send out regular coms to make sure everyone is working to the best possible level and meeting expectations. Coming from community pharmacy, the team ensure that you are trained and confident before you are left to work independently, and even with that, whenever you need guidance the team are ready to help.

TMMT have been great right from the get go. I have been working for them for just over 2 years and the experience has been great. The support is fantastic and has only improved. I can call any of the directors if needed and they answer and advise. Alongside this there’s also a team message group where you can ask questions and these are answered almost instantly. There is definitely a family vibe to the company. Training is great and they make sure your skill set is up to scratch and if not they will provide the necessary training.
