Losing my time for nothing after removing what agreed
After talking for many days, asking for an offer, receiving an offer, signing an offer, responding to interviews, they come and say "sorry our department decided this offer is not available anymore".
Their response was after many weeks and month.
Lost time in my life with them.

Disappointing experience with…
Disappointing experience with orthodontics
Poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and zero support when I asked to change my doctor. Treatment was prolonged without explanation, and I stopped seeing results months ago. I expected better service for the price. Would not recommend.
I was quite disappointed with my recent…
I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at Medicover. Although my name clearly indicated that I am not Polish, they accepted my appointment. However, during the consultation, Dr. Marek Polkowski informed me that he only speaks Polish and does not speak English. This made it impossible for me to communicate effectively as an English-speaking patient.
Additionally, I found the operators to be somewhat unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy during our interactions.
I am confused as to why appointments are accepted from patients who need English-speaking support if that cannot be provided. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time.
If Medicover faces such language challenges, I would suggest adding an option during appointment booking where patients can specify the language in which they need medical services. This would make the process much clearer and smoother for everyone involved. I hope Medicover improves its communication and professionalism in the future. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
DISGUSTING SERVICE
DISGUSTING SERVICE! Some time ago I went to an appointment for a dermatological visit, scheduled for 11:20 at the Eiffel Klinika in Terez Korut 55, in office 170, on the first floor. As soon as I entered, at 11:06 I regularly checked in and paid in advance for the visit at the automatic cashier on the ground floor. I went up and waited my turn: at 11:30 a different number from mine was called and another person came in. When I asked for an explanation, the doctor present appeared from office 170 (the nameplate on the door showed the name of another doctor), who said she knew nothing about my visit and to go to reception. At reception I explained the situation and asked the reason for the missed visit. The guys at reception, all very young and unprofessional (one of them even quite rude), did not know how to give an answer and were very grumpy and uncooperative. They spoke poor English, and luckily my wife was with me to translate. At this point, I asked to speak to a responsible Manager, but I was told that he was not in office and that there was a wait. I waited more than half an hour, then I asked for a refund of the expense. Incidentally, I did not even receive a regular and complete invoice, even though I had requested it at the entrance right at the reception. I filed a complaint, and only after many days and several reminders did the refund arrive. I have traveled all over the world and unfortunately I have visited many hospitals and clinics, but I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service. I went to that clinic because I thought I would receive a high level of service, but the reality is that the visit I paid for in advance was not carried out, and above all I received absolutely inadequate and rude treatment, instead of having an apology for the missed appointment. TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY!
Awful insurance
Awful insurance. It's almost impossible to see any specialist except the general practitioner. For example, I have a dermatologist in my plan, but they're always fully booked. It's unclear what I'm paying for.
An absolute disgrace
A patient facility that makes a mistake in a patient's data and then forces that patient to pay for appointments that should be covered by the insurance the patient is actually PAYING FOR because of their mistake is nothing short of a disgrace, also from an ethical point of view.
The Medicover employee was sitting in front of me, looking at a profile with my full name and passport number but a mistake in my data that showed I was fully insured, telling me I had to pay for my appointments. Outrageous.
Medicover, the decadence of health care in Poland.
Unfortunate Experience with Medicover Szczecin
I urgently require surgery, but Medicover instructed me to schedule an appointment with a general doctor first. Despite seven phone calls over two weeks, I still haven’t secured a general doctor appointment. Although I eventually received a referral, Medicover misplaced it. Now, after two weeks, I’m still waiting for that crucial appointment. Additionally, I want to caution all customers: Medicover Szczecin appears to share private data (including names and PESEL numbers) with other doctors in the Szczecin area. Please exercise caution.
Complete waste of 1350zl
Complete waste of 1350zl. Trying to get a refund for this crap and find a better medical service.

On their site, the mammography can be free (if one has a referral from a specialist doctor). If you call them, you learn that is not at all the case.
Incompetent and uncaring
Incredibly incompetent administration. Most GPs will gaslight you rather than deal with a situation. Couldn't advise any more strongly against them.
That's not the same Medicover years back
That's not the same Medicover years back, seems lots of things changed, customer satisfaction on the ground as you can see the number of complains and reviews all over internet, impossible to arrange a visit to doctors through their app , it even does not allow to see future available dates (here I'm referring any visit in the next 2-3 weeks horizon even ), it just says call the hotline number. Hotline number... that's completely another level of experience , almost horrible , long waiting on the line and if you're in your lucky day , you can speak with someone reasonable, if not then having conversation with inexperienced person will make you more frustated. I sincerely do not see any light for the future for Medicover , it's a pity .
Poor service
Poor service, I had a flu and headache on Sunday & Monday and I couldn’t go to work ,I tried to call Medicover on Sunday there was no service,my boss asked me to call back medicover to get sick leave and I was able to speak to the doctor but the Doctor denied to offer sick leave for Sunday because it’s a previous day I have to make face to face appointments why are you doing that? What is the difference just waste time you want to spread covid with no reason that’s weird
Even the hotline agents and doctors voice tone is harsh
Technical problems, horrible onboarding and dishonest marketing
1. There are significant technical problems. I could not get a doctor's appointment because my insurance had not been activated automatically. It took them a week to activate the insurance that I purchased a month ago.
2. Horrible onboarding. After purchasing insurance, you cannot simply log into your account. You have togo to a branch and get a login and password. If you are lucky like me, you have to wait for activation.
3. Dishonest and unethical marketing. When you buy an insurance you will not notice that they give you trimmed schedule and small list of doctors. As I write this review, I can only see one specialist in my account who is available in 3 weeks, but on Medistore there are many doctors available for tomorrow and beyond. You just have to pay extra, but with a funny discount of 5%.
Long Hold time
Is it fair enough to wait for the doctor in call around 2 hours !!!!!! What kinda service is this !!.. What if a person died during the call on connecting to doctors!!!! HUH !! Such a pathetic , need to wait for 2 hours to get a doctor in call!!!!!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! HAARRRAAASSSSMEEEENT!!! Whenever I call , it says "ALL DOCTORS ARE BUSY AT THE MOMENT , PLEASE HOLD THE LINE!!!!!" Come on ! who has whole day to talk to you guys!!!!!!! EVEN THE DOCTOR IS RUDE..... really ! this kinda service you give!!
Long scheduling time
Long scheduling time, and after months of waiting the doctor goes on vacation 😂
7min late and you out
I was thinking that luxmed wasn't perfect but compared to medicover its like heaven and hell.
All time some stupid verifications. If you want to get an appointment then good luck, maybe in 3 weeks or later.
Today i was 7min late because of traffic jam and they didn't accept me.
Do not get Medicover coverage
I have coverage with Medicover which was probably the worst mistake. See, once you have a coverage, you are not a priority for an appointment and they are not going to make appointments for you right away. There is a limited number of appointments available to those who have coverage and you can wait for weeks or even months. However, if you go to Medistore (which is online Medicover store) you can find appointments for like today or tomorrow without any problem at all, but they are not available to those who have coverage, only for those who pay with cash. You can get this appointment only if you have an urgent referral which is not easy to get. We were able to get such referral when my husband had a terrible stomach spasms that wouldn’t go away for a few days and we had to fight for it. When we came to the office, we did not know that we have to “confirm” our presence at the reception, so we were waiting in the corridor for some time thinking the doctor was going to call us in. We were late as a result, but the doctor was able to take us as her next appointment was not taken, so she was free. Can you imagine? How greedy this company is? They just let you wait for months for your appointment if you have a coverage (so a paid client still, just someone who ALREADY paid) and they have empty slots every day for those who still can bring them cash. We would save so much money if we would just go to a visit without coverage instead of having to pay a yearly amount right away. So don’t make this mistake.
Also, while I’m here let me mention that nurses in Medicover cannot take blood properly as they have issues with finding a vein. It’s happened EVERY SINGLE TIME. Last time my husband had 4 punctures before they finally found it.
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Avoid by all means. I am from Wroclaw. Medicover Globis is the worst place in Wroclaw. Customer service treat customers without respect, management there treat customers without respect. Awful. Been with them for almost 3 years and yet nothing good have to tell. If you want to make some test to check your health - you must prove them that you need these tests. Even though all requested tests are in your package. If you encounter problem with them - they will ignore you as customer. You deserve better than medicover - treat yourself with respect and avoid medicover
