Outdated website and poor customer service
Ordered item on 16th December. Emailed on the 2nd of Jan as no delivery or info. No response, emailed again on the 11th to UK email, forwarded to Canadian contact email as the phone number is a Canadian one. They replied "Hello we are out of stock in UK on this item and a refund has been issued kind regards".
Firstly I should not have been able to order if it was out of stock. Secondly I shouldn't have had to wait so long for a disappointing outcome. Totally get it was Christmas so delivery was disrupted but a cordial reply to my original email would have been great. And then to end on an email that the assistant couldn't even be bothered to write my name or to include when it might be restocked.
If this were an item of clothing I would not care but it is a medical device!! I appreciate getting the refund but I would much rather have the device.
