Easy online store experience and an immediate response email confirming order 14th September and that I would be updated with tracking number once order was shipped.

Then absolutely no contact for two weeks or any reply to my numerous emails requesting information on the order status.

I received an email 01st October with tracking details being shipped with FedEx, my order arrived on 07th October.

The order was packaged very well, was as described, a quality product
and correct weight.

Looking at the packing slip although I purchased 14/09/25 the order was not processed until 29/09/25.

So all in all, Medikonda was very slow to process my order and did not reply to my emails.

However at the end of the day I received a good quality product at a reasonable price.

Yes I would use again as they are a genuine seller and deliver the goods.

update on the reviews as of Feb 2026.

I previously had talk trash about them from my experience with them back in September 2025.
They had already swapped out their products. They had compensated to my satisfaction. I might revisit to make a purchase in the future.
Just remember this place doesn't want to scam you and they will do everything in their power to make it right.
