I used Medina Tours for Umrah. They organized everything as I wanted. While we were in Makkah and Medina, everyday they texted me if I was ok. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again in the future .

The worst experience ever, not trustworthy at all.all what they think about is how to rip you off.
They keep giving you this fake hotel vouchers and when you get there at the reception they'll laugh at you because they know you've been ripped off.
The call you brother but I will never send my brother completely sick from Makkah to madina to the unknown,to hotel without booking that's exactly what they did to me.
I will never forgive them nor forget them.

I payed for hotel with breakfast in Makkah and madina but I only got in Makkah.
Think about it many times before you book with them.
I wouldn't advise you to.

We had a great Umrah experience thanks to the help of our agent Muhammed Ahmed. From start to finish he was in contact up until we got home yesterday. He was on hand to make changes to my trip and during our trip he was available on whatsapp. He worked in partnership with people in Saudi who were also great help especially Sabir Hassan who supported us through this company drove us to and from airports, medina etc. Sabir sent us two umrah guides (Rizwa and his wife Halima I believe) to help my parents and they were very attentive to care for them and tell is the process and duas to make. We also had Rafique who worked very hard to take my dad two Masjid nabawi and jannatul baqi and later to the rawdah on a very faulty wheelchair. All people involved were very helpful and made the experience worthwhile and were recommended through Mohammed to take care of our holiday. I would recommend all those who helped us. The Visas, flights and accommodation were taken care of and wheelchair access for elderly parents. We went for a week and had support throughout. Even when we came back and the luggages were not given by the airline, Muhammed has ensured us we will get it and how to complain. I was sceptical going through a travel agency as sometimes they leave you high and dry when you reach Saudi but I have been blessed on my trip and everything was taken care of, even a room upgrade. So thank you to Medina tours for the special experience. My parents have never been happier with the experience and they thank you too.

Both hotels we stayed at during our pilgrimage were not only conveniently located but also exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality. It was a true blessing to have such amazing accommodations to return to after a day of spiritual exploration.

Mr. Afzal Ali provided amazing service, very fast, transparent and very helpful. He also sends you reminders for your flight and other important information.

The services provided by Medina Tours were amazing and they went above and beyond with everything. We had an such a smooth experience and transitioning from Medina and Makkah. 5 star hospitality throughout our stay at the two hotels. I will have to mention our agent Mr Ahmad was absolutely amazing with his whole service and customer service. Any issues we had were resolved instantly and Ahmed was available whenever we needed him. We did occur an issue in Makkah for our stay but Ahmed was able to rectify and give us an amazing accommodation. Definitely recommend Medina Tours and Ahmed for anyone who is looking to go Umrah or Hajj. We thank Ahmed and his whole team at Medina Tours for making our Umrah journey a unforgettable and memorable experience.

That was my first time and there was a gentleman(Mr MUHAMMAD ABBAS) on the phone who responded me with full detailed package for UMMRAH also gave suggestions and guided me for more valuable information. They also told me about they selling tickets for Pakistan aswell So hopefully in the future aswell i will contact and arrange our UMRAH AND PAKISTAN tickets with them .Thanks Medina Tours for great customer service.
