STAY AWAY!!!! I have ordered product for £28.58 and never received. The parcel has been delivered to different address . I received open package with completely different item. Contacted with Medino but they are refused refund or send to me the product again. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for the packages until they have been delivered to the recipient. Not the recipients door, not left in a “safe place” or different address, but to the recipient themselves. Terrible customer service.. Now I will need to raise a dispute with my bank. Strongly advise do not order from them because they will steal your money. I have ended up without ordered product and without the money.

Highly recommend for Monjouro
Highly recommend using Medino for weight loss treatment (Monjouro). They are very professional and very quick to deliver once they've gone through the process to ensure it's the right medication for you. I have used other well known companies prior and their services do not even come close to Medino. I am now a revisiting customer and impressed at how prompt and professional they continue to be.
