Mediplus not worth it for women

Mediplus services have deteriorated significantly in the last few months. Let order in September i didn't receive a dispatch email. I contacted and they said my order was dispatched that day so I asked for my tracking email. It didn't arrive - they lied on email. Then the website went on indefinite maintenance. Repeated emails confined they couldn't manage stock and had lied to costumers. I finally got my orders weeks too late.

Now they are price gouging utrogestan/seidigestan products by suddenly more than doubling the price of all these products. Go elsewhere as women and our health just suffers at the whim of these disgusting profiteers.

Delivery timing and communication

I made an order onthe 24th Sept and respective payment has been confirmed by mediplus.me. The site went on maintenance without any info on how to reach them. I didn't receive feedback from mediplus and had no way to get back to them. Although after 17 days I finally reveived my order. Medicare at that day reachout to me to confirm that the order has been received. I saw that the site went down another day, but now they have included inthe message an email to reach them. This is an improvement.

this is a strange site,all glamour…

this is a strange site,all glamour photos yet a poor grasp of english,every thing they claim to be on their site is straight away proven untrue,a request to log in but no option to even register an account,addresses not recognised,etc etc,very fishy,either a scam or very very lazy and badly run.

My experience was great, from making the order to receiving my package. I was worried if the company was not a scam, but everything my first purchase, I'm reassured and I will order more! Order #21392 July 11

The full story is that I paid for the medication and then heard absolutely nothing from the seller for two weeks. Only after I contacted them did they tell me it was out of stock — even though it was listed as available when I ordered. This delay ruined my plans, as I urgently needed it for my mother and had a fixed date to take it abroad. The refund also took nearly two weeks. The total lack of communication and care was unacceptable and caused far more harm than just the loss of money.

Order #21392 July 11, 2025 for 101.36€ has been paid.
It is 25 of July, just nothing.
I have tried to reach via WhatsUp from the site 24 of July and received an answer:

"Hello,
Yes, we have received your order and payment.
We apologize for the delay in shipping.
The fact is that we currently have a lot of orders for Nucleo in injections and the supplier does not have time to deliver the required amount of goods.
Your order should be shipped tomorrow.
Once again, we are extremely sorry for keeping you waiting."

Next day, which is today I tried to get the update, but no response from any channels yet.

I think it is SCAM.

I have been a regular customer since…

I have been a regular customer since 2023 and I can guarantee this company is legit. I always receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info, and delays after that are not their fault. Whenever I have contacted customer service, I have always received a reply, even it it can take a few days. And, when something has occasionally gone wrong, they have refunded the money and offered me a discount on my next order. Reliable suppliers are getting increasingly hard to find, so I am very happy I found this company. Please be patient and contact customer service if you have questions or complaints. My experience is that they will get back to you and be fair. And all their products are genuine.

UPDATE ON OCTOBER 7, 2025: The website has now been down for maintenance for over a week. I am beginning to wonder if they have gone out of business. I emailed them using my old contact info, but no reply so far. If the website still says maintenance in a week, I will start looking for alternatives.

UPDATE on November 27, 2025: I got an email from them a few weeks ago, informing me that they were back in business, but all products are still out of stock. My most recent message has not received a reply so far. So it seems obvious that they are not back in business and definitely not operational.

I ordered medication for myself and at first I was skeptic but I can confirm that this company is NOT a scam. My order was delayed by a couple of days but that was not the company’s fault. I’m very satisfied and will be returning in the future!

Package did not arrive

Last week i did an order with this company and everything went super Well, in one week it was at my place (Amsterdam) from Spain. I did an order again and unfortunately the package it’s still not at the UPS point, I am also not getting in touch with them. I hope they will help me asap.

Works well

Unfortunately after waiting some 2 weeks for my order to be shipped by UPS from Spain to The Netherlands, my parcel appeared lost at UPS I learned from Mediplus (via the order assistance email address, I could not find a service telephone number). It took some days for them to find this out from UPS, but when they did they offered me a refund or reship of my order. I chose the latter and finally after some 4 weeks I received my order. Although this process took some time, very happy with the service offered!

Very dissapointed

I ordered a medication from the medi-plus and I have been waiting for almost one month although I paid for a UPS service. I sent them an email asking for a refund but did not receive any response. I think that this is a scam company and would not recommend to anyone to purchase from them!

The right product after a long wait

Product arrived after (too) long wait and negative review (which I now change to update with current status).
Website difficult to use, had to get separate link. Made me worry if this was a legit site. Communication very slow but appropriate answers in the end. And after all I also received the product. And I received a refund for the shipping due to long delivery. So, it works. But long wait and quite some worries before it arrived.

Poor customer services. *update on 10/3/25-vendor response

A complete scam. This company has clearly either changed ownership or is in dire straits hence outright scamming of customers. I placed an order but have not received any response- confirmation, shipping information, nothing. I have sent multiple messages with no reply. I called the number repeatedly- a French number though the website address is Spanish.
Order from them if you want to be scammed. Absolutely shameless & criminal behaviour. Avoid.
**Edited on 10th March 2025- the company finally responded to my messages a few days ago, after I had posted my review. They apologised for the delay in responding, sending order confirmation, shipping information and so on. They finally sent me tracking information & politely asked me if I could amend this review. Well, due to the overall experience I decided to wait until I have actually received the product before making any changes. Today I finally received my order; it looks legit & I am very relieved. Poor customer service is an unpleasant situation for the customer who is left feeling disrespected, unsupported & possibly out of pocket. Not to mention the stress of having to initiate a charge back or raise a complaint if the item was not received. So though I am amending this review, the experience I had means that I cannot recommend this vendor & will not use them again. It was not at all the ideal customer experience.

Really not happy with this company at…

Edit: Alex was very helpful and I finally recieved my medication after a very long wait. Hopefully this won't happen again as I have only had good experiences with them in the past.

Really not happy with this company at all! I started ordering my medication from them and it all went very smoothly then in mid December I made an order for another lot of medication. Firstly they refused to speak to me any further after saying that they didn't recieve my payment, then finally at the end of December they said they did and that they'd send my order through. I've been waiting, waiting, waiting. Today is the 19th February and I still haven't received my medication!! This has been over two months now that I've been waiting. They never used to be like this so I don't know what's happened. I'm very disappointed!

nothing for reply . I think is scam company. They suggest paying via a link that is in no way connected to your order. Clearly something is very fishy.
