I cannot find sufficient words of thanks - my father has terminal cancer and his health has taken a dramatic downturn these past few days. The Medipost team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in time to help keep him comfortable over the weekend. Thank you - actually had a little cry when the parcel arrived.
Its easy to forget that you are supplying things that actually make a real world difference to someone's health - thank you for your immense kindness and "can do" attitude - a rare thing to see these days x

We emailed you on Monday to advise this, perhaps you would like to check your junk mail in case it has ended up in there. Delivery is w/c 7th July. I made an order for some sample pots but I was sent the incorrect items by mistake. I made contact via their email, they replied very promptly and sent out the correct items which I have now received.
