Ordered a 250$ order and payed for express shipping. Even though Canada post is on strike medistar refused to send my package with someone else. I’ve now a 250$ order I won’t get for months and there being super unprofessional about my order and are refusing to refund my money. I won’t order from this site ever again. Very unprofessional
Im reasonably happy with Medistar. Took longer than a 1week to get the packages even though I had paid express but the products were ok. Will know more in a couple of weeks when my cycle is done.
Edit: Their site has been down for a few days. I placed an order but never got a chance to sent a payment so all good.
