I placed an order with them last month that was never shipped. I was promised a refund but never received it and my last email was completely ignored. I had to file a claim through my bank. Scam.
Less than 1 star ordered in April over $100 if goods . Talked and email Sandy at least 20 times crickets DO NOT Order from this crappy place. Never got refined or product !!!!
I ordered 2 products from this store back in March, where I ordered and paid extra for express shipping, which is described as 3-day shipping, and that orders are processed within 1-2 days.
I got the first product end of April. I'm still waiting for the second one, it is now September. Throughout the person was repeatedly clearly lying to me. I would check in and Sandy Auriti would say that the fresh products just arrived a day before, or will arrive "this Friday" and will ship out right after. And then? Nothing. I check in again, same thing. After over a month the first item arrived, but it wasn't shipped express but took a week to arrive, by which time of course any ice it was packed with was warm. I would keep checking in for a while about the second item and get the same nonsense about it shipping any moment. Last message from May: "expecting the fresh items by friday and I will ship
I do not forget, thank you for your patience"
After that, nothing. I basically gave up but decided to check in again now, in September. I doubt I'll get a positive surprise.
Run. Do not order from this place, highly unreliable and the owner is a complete liar.
