STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!
If you are looking for a quick sale or anything urgently done then I suggest you stay away from Medlock! I have started the sale of our restaurant since April 2021 and it is now March 2021 and still not sorted! It is so stressful as both myself and my husband have been trying to get an update of the sale and have sent numerous emails but no reply, not once! Phoning them is worse cause they are never in the office, either out lunch or not working. What is funny is that I once managed to get through to my solicitor Rachel and said that we're from Penang Restaurant she had a long pause then i had to explain where we are based as she had no idea or have forgotten who we are! I somehow thought that my solicitor was bad but the director of the company Mr Singh is just the same which makes you think if this company is a complete joke. When speaking about this with my friends I have realised that a few of my friends also use this company and all have the same problem. The problem is that we have already paid them and wont be able to get a refund so we're stuck with them and theres nothing we can do. I'm so angry with my husband because I did tell him not to use them but he just wanted the convenience of them being down the road from our restaurant. I don't usually put reviews up but I feel the need to warn people about them incase they make the same mistake as we did.
