I ABSOLUTELY cannot believe how easy this order was handled. I talked with a young man who helped me with a portion of the website that was confusing me (I.e., he just took my order!), telling me I should have my items in 3 - 5 business days. IT WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY! Amazing.

My reason for only a 3 star rating is because the tracking site doesn't work and since this was the first time I used this company, I did not have any information on when my items were coming. The company I previously used delivered within 2 days of order. This took 5, which I wasn't expecting, and with no way to track it. I called to get info but the customer service dept. was closed and then the next day, there was my delivery. Nice surprise but not happy about not knowing anything about their delivery times.

I was misled by the picture
I was misled by the picture. It was very misleading and false advertising. I thought I was buying three boxes of 10 bandages for $7.99 each instead I was sent three bandages and one piece of collagen which I thought was a box a 15 for $15 instead it was one for $15. I feel like I was ripped off and when I talked to customer service and explained what happened they still did not make it right with me. I will never buy from y’all again y’all suck.
