Over five hour wait to be told that my scrip can't be filled. I was told that the medication was restricted, but after speaking to a pharmacist I confirmed that it is not a restricted medicine, and the pharmacist was very confused why it would have been categorized as such.
I received a refund, but now it's after hours and I can't get a script from a doctor, and I would have just booked an in-person appointment earlier. Absolute waste of time that has left me in a far worse position than if I hadn't tried to use them in the first place.
I would absolutely go for a telehealth appointment with the first available clinic over this service in future, and unless you are seeking a script for a very straightforward medication I would recommend you avoid this service.

Extremely happy with this service. I had a severe ear infection over Easter and I couldn't get in to see a doctor. I was suggested this service, so I tried it and they were extremely helpful. One of their many doctors called me and asked me a couple of questions and within half an hour I received three scripts to my phone which I took to the pharmacy. And now thanks to them it's getting better and I'm feeling a whole lot better. This was SO MUCH easier for me than seeing a doctor and having to wait for ages in an uncomfortable waiting room. Paid Medical Certificate Online for $25 but never receive my Certificate, until now. So bad! It's too expensive but didn't receive any of it. It's a waste of money!

Excellent experience - to have a script issued for only $20. I paid extra ($19) to have repeats issued on my script which meant a doctor had to call me to verify some details but I loved the fact it was an option as some other places only issue a single script with no repeats. I also paid for the express service ($15) and true to their word they called within the hour (took 20minutes after I made my request). I got an e script on my phone and the doctor on the phone was very easy to talk to and just wanted to verify I’d see my doctor for follow up. Very straight forward easy experience. I’d definitely use them again.

Ran out of a script on NYE in a regional area. They issued a new one within 5 hours, which I could take to a pharmacy and get filled. Second prescription service i used today as well, after the first one (doctorai) sent me literally the wrong prescription. Very happy, would use again.

Ran out of a prescription while interstate on holiday. Didn’t want to spend time going to a GP just to get a script. I was a bit worried that getting a script sent to my phone somehow would be a problem with he chemist, but it was accepted right away. This was such an easy process - script arrived at my phone soon after putting my order in. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and the entire process was fast and convenient. I have nothing bad to say. I highly recommend.

Doing the online consultation was easy and affordable. Received my prescription in a text within a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend!

I would give zero but it’s not an option. These guys are totally incompetent- it’s a service to help people who urgently Medication and can’t get it themselves. I was so sick at home, on my own with gastro trying to look after a toddler. I put through an order for fast delivery, then the driver told me the chemist can’t fulfill it but he doesn’t know why not. So I called them myself, and they didn’t even get the order from medmate. I will never waste my money or precious time feeling sick at home and trying to pay for some help.

Used Medmate to organise a prescription for a medicine that is available over the counter, slightly cheaper with script. Booked in for a phone consultation with their doctor. They issued a single script before the consult, then no answer when I tried to call at the time they booked. Got onto a customer service person who said if I wanted any repeats I would have to rebook and pay again because a prescription had already been issued.

Pay more when they're already effective charging $45 for a $10 pack of OTC medicine? Steer clear.

EDIT: Medmate compensated me for the mess by upgrading to same-day delivery at no extra cost, and threw in an extra non-prescription pack of the same medicine, so I roughly got the value I paid for in the end.

Was able to get a script that was important quickly and affordably. Recommend this site and service . Very satisfied.

This was a frustrating experience. After selecting the items I wanted, I was just unable to check out. Clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button did nothing. When I rang the pharmacy (inner west, Brisbane) directly, they said that they had never heard of Medmate.

Not what I ordered, box of 5 RAT had many missing components! See attached photo, missing sterile swabs, only 1 test cassette, somehow 2 sets of extraction tubes and no pack of buffer tubes!

Not what I ordered - ordered 2 x boxes of 5 RAT tests per box and received 2 x boxes of 2 RAT tests per box. No acknowledgement or feedback on reporting to medmate via online feedback and no customer service on phone - directed to online form. There was a random box of berocca thrown in with the parcel like the company was aware the order was incorrect/short but that is no consolation for not receiving what was ordered and paid for without contact or explanation. Poor service.

Not what I ordered. I ordered 5 rat test per box. Only received 2 box of 2 rat test in each box.

Fantastic service. Being able to get medicine while isolating was fantastic. Easy to use and quick.
