RECOMMENDED

After my GP surgery doctors failed to diagnose subdural haematoma after 3 months of visits with severe headaches, I was finally admitted to hospital where scans found the problem. I was operated on under general anaesthetic and subsequently made a full recovery. The period of suffering caused great stress to my wife and family, so we contacted Wixted and co, who accepted the case. The company kept me informed at all times as to the progress of the case, and arranged all relevant specialist examinations etc. The case was eventually settled out of court in my favour. The fees charged by Wixted, on a no win no fee basis, were very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone requiring a clinical negligence claim.

They listened and genuinely showed care and compassion.

It was lovely to finally get someone to understand our reason for legal action, The solicitor dealing with our case fully understood the complex issues surrounding our daughters case, He treated us with respect and always kept us informed, explaining in words that we could fully understand and brought the case to a satisfactory conclusion.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone especially to my friends and family.

Helpful when nobody else wanted to listen.

I was treated with respect from day one, everything was explained to me in terms I could undertand. I felt at ease with my Solicitor from the get go & he always returned my emails & calls when I had any questions.

I feel empowered by the whole experience & justified in my dispute.

I would seriously recommend anybody who has a worry that they may have been let down medically to use this practice of helpful professionals.
