I recently had a consultation with GP Eva Moreino, and I now understand why so many people choose private healthcare for GP appointments. It was the most thorough and attentive consultation I have ever experienced. Dr Moreino was remarkably insightful and professional, and she genuinely made me feel cared for. She provided an e-prescription and summarised all her recommendations in an electronic doctor’s note, which appeared straightaway in my Medon online profile.

The video call quality was excellent, and being able to consult a doctor and receive a prescription from the comfort of my home was very convenient.
