Process flow has flaws...
The information that I have to be personally present to take delivery was only given on the purchase confirmation after purchase. Immediate contact with customer service to change the delivery address from home to work yielded no result and I was referred to UPS. Three calls where necessary to make UPS leave my parcel in my letter box without me being present. That finally worked but it was cumbersome and annoying.

Stole money from me
This company claimed to deliver, but nothing was ever received. According to the company, the delivery company tried to deliver and then destroyed the package!. No advice or delivery note was ever received at a permanently staffed office.
They refused to refund the product.

Extremely disappointed
I am so disappointed with the service I received. My item was put into my post box with NO packaging at all. The packet had been opened and the contents posted into the letterbox. As it contained medication, I am unwilling to risk taking it as the contents may have been tampered with, so now I will have to order this item and pay for it again. Also, my payment details would have been inside the packaging, so they are no longer confidential.
