A great online store.
I have been using Meds4care for several years now. What I can say is this. Their product is legitimate, the communication from start to finish is excellent. Their prices are outstanding. Delivery time is exactly what they say. I am not paid by Meds4care to say any of this. All my words are from my positive experience over the past few years with Meds4care.
Sincerely,John C

They requested payment through venmo
They requested payment through venmo, the payment was taken by my records, and told me it was cancelled. They refuse to ship. I’ve had success previously, but their refusal to accept credit like they used to, and only accepting cashapp/btc/venmo, which doesn’t have fraud protection, makes me think they’re just using scamming repeat customers now. I’m going elsewhere in the future.
Beware of Meds4Care its a scam
Meds4Care used to be a nice company to do business with and that's when they accepted paypal as a form of payment.
Now they want you to pay via zelle or cashapp and that's when you get scammed.
I placed two orders 122723 and 122806 and paid for them both using paypal and I was advised that they never received the payments and my money was gone..
Please don't get scammed like I did..
Time, trouble, headache.
Dec. 16, 2024, I placed an order for six (6) skincare products in a quantity of six (6) for each item (ie: 36 tubes of stuff). Two items arrived promptly in package #1 on Dec. 30, 2024. I inquired about the other four (4) items & was told they had shipped in a separate package #2 (posted on the same date as package #1).
Package #2 made it to the US only to disappear; on Dec. 29, 2024, USPS posted its last update: “It is currently in transit to the next facility”.
Jan. 11, 2025, I advised the vendor of the lost package #2 & requested a re-shipment. The vendor said to wait until 30 days had passed. After 30 days+, I repeated the request for re-shipment. The vendor agreed to re-ship (in package # 3) but required that I agree in writing to pay for the reshipment IF package #2 ever arrived. Maybe this is normal – I don’t know because I never had a package go missing before. I agreed.
Jan. 24, 2025 package #3 was posted; it arrived promptly on Feb. 7, 2025.
Unfortunately, there were problems with the contents of package #3. 1) I ordered a cream for dry skin but the vendor shipped Permite Permethrin 5% cream! Permite cream is for lice & scabies! 2) Another item, also a skin care product, appears to be expired. The expiry date isn’t listed on the tube – it’s listed only on the box. The vendor removed the boxes prior to shipment. So I assume that these tubes are expired. 3) All of the products (all four items (in quantities of six (6) each) had their boxes removed prior to shipment. The boxes list information that allows the recipient to confirm authenticity of the product on the manufacturers websites as well as the expiry dates. Why remove and dispose of the product boxes? In package #1, although they removed the products from the boxes, the boxes were folded flat & included in package #1.
I decided to risk the potential expiration of the 2nd skin care item and focus on the missing dry-skin cream.
Feb. 7, 2025, I emailed the vendor describing the above concerns and asked them to ship the dry-skin cream or refund my money for that product. I also said that if they provided a pre-paid airbill that I would return the Permite cream to them.
Feb. 8, 2025 the vendor responded with “Share me the product images”.
Feb 13, 2025 I emailed four (4) pictures to the vendor ; my email repeated the request to ship the dry-skin cream or refund my money for that product.
Feb. 14, 2025 the vendor responded with “so what isnthe issue with the cream”.
Feb. 15, 2025 I replied by again by describing the issues and asked them to ship the dry-skin cream or refund my money for that product.
Feb. 17, 2025 the vendor responded with “So what do you want from us now??”
Feb. 17, 2025 I replied “Just refund the money (via PayPal)…”
Feb. 18, 2025 the vendor responded “how much ?”
Feb. 19, 2025 I replied “Please refund $29.00USD (via PayPal). “ This was the price of the six (6) tubes of the dry-skin cream.
Feb. 20, 2025 the vendor responded “you can raise a request from PayPal”.
Feb 20, 2025 I replied “I raised the Paypal request for the $29.00USD refund…” and provided the Transaction ID #, etc.
Feb. 21, 2025 the vendor responded “okay we will respond that request “
Feb. 26, 2025 Using the PayPal app, I sent a Reminder to the vendor.
Feb. 28, 2025 I sent an email to the vendor to remind him to process the $29.00 refund.
Mar. 03, 2025 the vendor replied “weather it will be automatic after dispute or we can provide you a credit of that amount”.
Mar. 03, 2025 I replied “I didn’t understand your reply. Are you requiring something else to proceed?” and also reminded the vendor that on Feb. 7th, 13th & 15th I asked for the dry-skin cream to be shipped.
Mar. 03, 2025 the vendor replied “ you have already raised a dispute”
Mar. 12, 2025 I sent ANOTHER email to the vendor to remind him to process the $29.00 refund.
Mar. 13, 2025 the vendor replied “Well i dont know why they haven't responded you can we provide you a credit of that amount?? instead of refund??”
Mar. 13, 2025 I replied that I prefer the refund OR they can ship the skin cream to me – their choice.
Mar. 13, 2025 Using the PayPal app, I sent ANOTHER Reminder to the vendor.
Mar. 14, 2025 the vendor replied “either credit or adding in next order are the only options”
Pros: 1) the prices are good; 2) two out of three packages arrived quickly; 3) the vendor responded to my emails & was initially polite/professional.
Cons: 1) Wrong product sent; 2) lack of expiry dates & missing boxes; 3) some products (in both package #1 and package #3) had less than a year before their expiry dates; 4) three (3) months of headache; 5) I’m out $29USD because I won’t risk losing more $s by placing another order with this vendor. This has been time-consuming & too much trouble.
Lack of customer service
Item not received Royal mail delivered to another address but no note left, checked with all neighbours. Have contacted Meds4you as they need to make a claim. Serious lack of customer care now paid for item and postage nothing received.
Not good enough
If you are willing to chase them by all means use meds4you. Ordered some vitamins on 1st may, paid £2.99 for delivery, 9th may I decided to call them as I didn't receive my parcel, only then they processed my order, then 10th may I received email that it has been sent.
