I had a really positive experience with Medsolve (Chester) from start to finish. As a Registered Nurse, the interview process was smooth, professional, and made me feel at ease straight away. The induction was well organised and informative, helping me feel confident and prepared. A special mention to the recruitment team-the ladies, Ami, Kirsty, & Lindy, were absolutely lovely and truly went above and beyond to support me throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always approachable, helpful, and quick to respond. I would highly recommend Medsolve to anyone looking for a supportive and professional agency. Friendly, professional and good at what they do

I had a great experience signing up with Medsolve. The recruitment process was handled by Lindy, and she was excellent from the very beginning. She made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free.

Lindy was very transparent about each step and took the time to guide me through everything I needed to do. She was supportive, professional, and always available to answer my questions, which made the whole experience much easier.

Overall, I’m really pleased with how everything was handled and I would definitely recommend Medsolve to anyone looking to join a reliable and supportive healthcare agency.

Well organised with well informed staff. My application was processed by Lindy including my interview, in which she held a calming and relaxed but professional interview, which made me feel easier straight away. Lindy has been fantastic the whole way, keeping me updated on any changes or requirements. Both Kirsty and Ami in the office are welcoming and supportive as well, leaving you feeling at ease quickly. Luke was our trainer for the day and he was excellent with informing us of any new procedures within BLS. Also any questions he was uncertain of answers for were looked into and relayed back, I appreciated the effort and time of looking into the answer instead of giving me a wrong answer or just telling me he didn’t know. Thank you very much for an enjoyable experience onboarding with the team.

The application process was so easy, and the interview was amazing. I’ve never felt comfortable in an interview before, but Lindy was incredible and made me feel so relaxed that I managed to get through the whole thing without feeling like I needed CPR afterward!
And all the training offered is just amazing — and FREE!

I don’t pretend. I’m genuinely pleased with the treatment I’ve received so far. Unlike some agencies I’ve worked with in the past, where all communication was done through a WhatsApp group, and staff had to constantly chase shifts as they were announced.

The system here is far more organised and supported by advanced technology, which I truly appreciate.

It's being a couple of weeks joining MedSolve and it has been a rewarding experience working with them. I appreciate their level of communication and how they carry you along with any changing circumstances or information. Lindy, Amy and Kirsty are wonderful individuals, like a tripod sync as one that it's almost difficult to tell them apart when talking with them over the phone. They are very thorough and supportive with the staff, I'll definitely recommend.

All the staff during the recruitment process were so nice and friendly and professional. Very thorough in their work which instantly makes you have more trust in the company.
Online training was very straight forward and practical training days were made to be fun.
Signing into the app to begin applying for shifts was easy because all the office staff were there every step to help any time of the day.
Communication is great which is a massive bonus when working with an agency.
My first shifts have been assigned and I can’t wait to get started.
I hope my journey with Medsolve continues to get better.

They have been fantastic from the start of the application. I have mostly worked with Kirsty but have also worked with Ami and Lindy. They are all helpful and have been in contact throughout the hiring process helping along the way with any questions or concerns I have had. Would recommend this company if you are looking for an agency to work with.

We have recently moved over to this agency and found all staff to be very pleasant and hardworking. We have had good feedback from our staff and residents about the staff that have already attended the home.

We have recently started using Medsolve who we are very happy with, we have used numerous agencies over the years and these are by far the best agency.
Lindy is amazing she always goes above and beyond to get the staff that we need she never fails to deliver.
We have had care staff and nurses from Medsolve and each one of them have been hard working and happy to do what is asked of them.

Re Bonnie and Recruitment for Medsolve as a nurse was positive professional and focused. Head office is a positive environment and supportive of staff training.
Once all processes completed handed to shift allocation my original offer of regular work following was not as promised.
Limited shift was offered infrequently although bid for shift sometimes removed afterwards , despite phone calls to ask. Not enough work to sustain an income.

Had excellent experience all the way through the recruitment process. June and Ami were very helpful and available to help with any questions.
Medsolve is an outstanding agency with great communication and very convenient when it comes to giving shift.
Shifts are convenient to book via app and you can update/change your availability easily
