Where do I even begin

Where do I even begin? First of all, they have no Google review page. You cannot directly leave a review for them. The employees do not have an email address associated with their names. The email addresses are fertility or office. This allows for them to be vague about who is providing information. Huge red flag.

Here is the highly disturbing information about this operation.

Fresh and frozen donor programs

They advertise “donor eggs” . But what they don’t tell you is that at Nadezhda Hospital there are two programs: fresh and frozen. They are using the platforms: whatclinic and clinic booking. These platforms are to establish leads for nadezhda and Medspa. On the platforms they display the medspa representative as “staff”. They do not identify that they are associated with medspa. So when you talk to her you think you are taking to a Nadezhda hospital employee.

In the contract it outlines that the price is for FRESH donor eggs. You are paying more for donor compensation fees, retrieval, anesthesia and medications. You have to pay them for this amount via: wire transfer, Revolut or wise… payment methods making it very difficult to get a refund.

I had fully paid for the fresh donor eggs 6900 euros. After flying there the dr looked at me and said to me I didn’t have time for fresh and it would now be frozen. They retained the extra money I paid for the fresh cycle and then wanted MORE money from me.

Medspa advertising
On the face of it. It appears that it is an advertisement for direct contact with Nadezhda hospital. But it is not. On one platform the address is for Nadezhda, the phone number is for another fertility clinic and all the email correspondence is sent to medspa.
The other platform is set up similarly.

Neither platform Informs the person that they will be required to access Nadezhda hospital by signing a commercial contract - read that again. A commercial agreement for fertility service. That is a huge red flag.

Donor egg selection
Donor eggs are anonymous. Medspa allows you to select a donor. What they do not tell you is that you’re selection doesn’t matter because the hospital selects the donor for you.

In my case, after they saw me in person they showed me donor eggs for a woman that exactly matched what I looked like. BUT - when they selected the donor eggs without telling me they changed them for a woman who didn’t look like me. They then combined them with the sperm to create embryos. They then transferred the embryos into my body without telling me that they did not use the donor eggs I selected.

I was also told on the day of the transfer to find a new dr. I was essentially abandoned.

In the contract, Medspa is not responsible for anything. But you have to use them.

I would not recommend this company. They are not disclosing information and are selling a higher cost package snd retaining the money they are charging for services you do not get.

It seems to me that Medspa is co-ordinating with Nadezhda to extract as much money as they can.
