I received a call to say an item was out of stock and due in after the weekend and given the option to delay the entire shipment or have the item shipped separately. I opted for option B, so was surprised when it arrived on the Saturday, some 36hrs ahead of schedule!

I did receive it but as a disabled person I am solely reliant on my team of carers who one of them failed to tell me even after asking the team several times about it. So sincere apologies for the first poor review.

Disappointed
The multi tool arrived in good time and well packed. However, even though the box was sealed, the tool itself has scratches and finger marks on the body. I don't want the hassle of complaining to Medtree and asking for a replacement, mainly because I think that the fault lies with Leatherman, although I have many Leatherman multi tools and none have ever arrived in this condition

I purchased the Magnum Viper 8 WP boots…
I purchased the Magnum Viper 8 WP boots in a size 9. When they arrived after a few days I tried on the right boot which didn't fit. Far to small! I could just get my foot in and then my toes were uncomfortably touching the front of the boot.
I have returned them and ordered a size 10 which will hopefully fit me.
