Never received the product every month they would charge my card and say oh you need to fill a form out. I would fill the form out and not hear a thing until I contacted them or they charged my card again. I canceled my subscription every month but still the charge would be approved. I would only get the form and we will send it. Still going to keep fighting to get my money back because they will not even if you did not receive any of their product.

I thought I canceled my subscription, but I had paused my subscription. I was gaining weight and I had an appt with the doctor told him that I was gaining weight, and was terribly constipated and felt awful. He told me there was no medical reason for me not to continue, therefore I had to pay for the month. I never received the medication, but I was forced to pay for it. I would assume horrible side effects would be a medical excuse to not continue using the medication. Instead they refused to return my money, and refuse to return any email in an attempt to contact them. Update: they have responded with apparently a form response or an AI response, not making sense with what was in the email I said to them. Had back and forth email exchange with them, only for them to tell me the only way they can refund my money, is for me to restart my plan, pay another $400, so I could see ANOTHER doctor, in hopes that they say I am medically disqualified, so I can receive a refund. This isn't logical, no one would pay MORE money, on a chance they would get some back.

After telling them to cancel, I am still being charged. I have never received anything from them. When asked for a refund, they said only if they refuse service. What is not delivering anything?
