Poor customer service

I called the company to cancel my subscription on March 31st.
On April 6th. They charged my credit card for the next dosage. When I called customer service again, they said even though the subscription is canceled, they could not reverse the charge, and I should contact my bank. This is no way to conduct business. Horrible customer service

Scam

I answered all the questions and recieved an email saying I qualified for Quad. I paid the $119 for 10 doses. Then I get an email saying I don't qualify for Quad, They'll send me a dual compound instead. I immediately went to the patient portal and canceled. I recieved an email verifying cancellation. 2 days later I get an email saying the product has shipped. I immediately called customer support, after 45 minutes on the phone with 3 different people (one of whom hung up on me) I got nowhere. Won't refund my money even thou they have a money back guarantee and won't adjust the charge even wjen I only got half of what I paid for. Avoid these people.

Terrible in every way

Terrible, does not work! Beware, they charge $199/month for subscription and won’t refund without 72 hours before renewal date. They sell you defective product, won’t take return and bill you for more whether you want it or not.

While I have to say the product worked…

While I have to say the product worked well I’m less impressed with the automated subscription I unwittingly signed up for. I was subsequently charged for two orders and only received one before I was finally able to cancel the subscription. Still no reply from customer service.
