Totally inefficient or playing me along?

I should have read Trustpilot first! It is now over 5 weeks since I placed an order for a blood pressure watch. The wrong colour watch was sent. I sent photos of what I had received and was given the offer of a new wristband which I pointed out would still not make my watch look like the one advertised. Then there was a long silence until I contacted them again. I now have the offer of TWO wristbands. I also received an email starting, "Hey friend, Ben here founder of Med-Watch....." which includes a heart emoji!!!! Heart emojis are for nearest and dearest, not for business.I wish some firms did not try to muddy business transactions with matiness! Ben seems to think that the two wristbands being sent to me are a new purchase from a delighted customer. Up until now I have spent an inordinate amount of time composing emails to them. I assumed they were just a very inefficient business but having read all the reviews on Trustpilot I am coming to the opinion that reality might be worse.

Do not buy

Have received my med-watch pro today. It is totally useless. All it will monitor is heart rate and blood oxygen. It will not monitor anything else. All I really wanted it for was blood pressure. I have sent e-mails but not received a reply. Wish I had read these reviews first. Why isn't something done about this company when there are so many complaints. I'm disgusted.

ZERO STARS - BEWARE they are con artists!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY - I wish I had come to Trust Pilot before I parted with my £70.
This company should be shut down and I am doing my best to help in that.
They sell you this watch that DOES NOT WORK and they are playing with lives claiming their watch is a BP watch when it is wildly inaccurate.
They then refuse to refund you and IGNORE all of your e mails. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Worst company I have dealt with

Worst company I have dealt with. They sent me a diferent watch to what I ordered. It doesn't measure blood pressure. It doesn't use the app they say to use. It's a completely diferent watch to what was advertised. I have emailed the customers service 3 times and never had a single reply. You are throwing your money away if you buy from med-watch.

Med Watch

I changed my mind after placing order and someone named Rachel emailed me stating she received my request and "successfully canceled" my order. I had to send another email requesting a refund. Rachel stated she was working on the refund. Keep in mind, my order was "successfully canceled". A watch arrived in the mail about a week later. It didn't work with my phone, couldn't pair with my Samsung S22 Ultra. I did not want the watch, yet they sent it anyway. The last email I received was from Rachel stating it showed the watch being delivered, so therefore I would not receive a refund. Read all of the reviews. I couldn't even get past the purchase process. Others have realized it doesn't really work as advertised. I am a medical professional, and this watch is not worth the headache. If you want a good working watch, get a Samsung, or any other actual name brand. AVOID THIS WATCH, you won't be happy, and you won't get a refund, even if they say you will.

Blood pressure watch pro

The "blood pressure watch pro" is a toy, in fact, if placed on a table or any other surface it measures blood pressure and also pulse, returning values similar to those of a human being. Be careful they take time with the answers to expire the refund time.

Smart watches (NII LLC) Dangerous!!

I ordered two different smart watches and found out that they were both made by the same company. The first one was the vitality watch and the second was the med watch. Reviews on the website are very deceiving. I couldn't imagine anyone honestly writing a good review on either of these products. The company is called (NII LLC) and their products that measure blood pressure are garbage. Not accurate at all when compared to the doctors equipment. This company should be thoroughly investigated. They are hiding behind an LLC for good reasons. If you have blood pressure problems this product is DANGEROUS!! And the company should be sued. Never believe the blood pressure measurements on these devices.

Never responds to phone calls from customers.

Initially tried to change the shipping address. Called 4 times, but never got a response. Sent emails that were belatedly answered and not in time to change shipping address. What kind of retail business refuses to return customer calls?? This is odd, troubling, and enough to avoid them.
Eventually, AMEX covered.

Useless watch

Useless watch. Doesn’t measure blood pressure at all really. At least 30-40 points off. Dangerous to those of us that need to monitor blood pressure. Of course the company will not refund or even reply. Lost that money. It’s pretty much a scam company.

Med Watch after multiple weeks said they would 50%. I agreed. They have not refunded even the 50%. Still away.

Medwatch Systolic BP reading is exceptionally inaccurate

I ordered the Medwatch as a way to track my poorly controlled blood pressure (BP). I have to admit, it was cheap, and I only looked at the reviews posted on their website instead of the google reviews or those on Trust pilot. I received the watch but soon realized that the medwatch Systolic BP readings were wildly inaccurate. The Medwatch always recorded my systolic BP in the normal range. For example108-122/70. However, I know that my systolic BP is usually in the 130's when taking medication. Luckily, I had purchased the insurance. The help person I corresponded with told me to get a photo showing the medwatch reading and a digial machine reading in the same photo. At my next doctor's appointment, the reading on their machine was 189/80. but my medwatch read 111/69. This could be life threatening for someone depending on the Medwatch to alert them when their BP is high. Medwatch did refund most (not all) of the money I paid for the watch, but not the insurance or the extra band, so all in all I lost nearly half the money I paid them.

No customer service. Are they still a functioning business

From my experience for the past three weeks this company is a complete scam. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only wish I had checked into the company NO CUSTOMER SERVICE before purchasing one of their products. There is absolutely no customer service. The phone number seems to be “nonexistent “.
I purchased the three year extended warranty through the company and you can’t even get to the warranty company.
The watch isn’t really terrible, but I’m having some minor and annoying problems that I’d hope to solve by contacting the company. Heard once back from a Rachel, don’t know if Ben, is a real person..

The company is not clear about their return policy. But reach out to return this problamatic piece of crap and they will shut you down. Also could not find where it showed on the website that a charger came with the watch yet they list individual chargers. I ordered a charger with my watch assuming it would have been shown as included but it was not. Surprise, a charger came with the box, now I have two. I asked to return just the charger and again was shut down immediately. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Waste of money

Don't believe the shipping times. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive from China. You need a smart phone to activate and view all the functions, screens, heart rate etc...I bought it for blood pressure monitoring. Checked it against my daily device (cuff etc) and it's so far off it's scary. 32 points lower on the watch. If you find any reviews on their website, don't believe them. I don't think they are real.

Useless and Expensive with No return policy

This is pretty useless. Total waste of money. The BP is way below the actual when I went to the Emergency for chest pain. I emailed and did not have any reply on how to return this cheap watch that is advertised as having medical utility but in reality, false results. This product should be removed from the market. It is very expensive for what it can actually do for you which is nothing.

My Medwatch switches the notifications…

My Medwatch switches the notifications and watchface at least once a week. I have to redo all the settings including notifications, watch face, 12 hour time vs 24 hour, my steps choice (10,000, not 7,000), etc. Very frustrating and that's not even getting into the inaccuracy of the blood pressure monitoring which is why I chose this watch.
