Dont reply to your emails

Poor customer service. No proof or examples of helping any charities after several friendly requests for further information. No response when attempting to upgrade plan so lost data whilst away from WiFi. Incorrect PAC code so unable to keep the same number upon switching provider. Overall, a frustrating experience.

MEEM MOBILE IS NOTHING SHORT OF A FRAUD, THEY TAKE THE INITAL PAYMENT BUT DONT SEND OUT ANY SIM CARDS AND DONT RESPOND TO YOUR MESSAGES, ALL REVIEWS ARE FRAUDELENT, BEWARE ALL, I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Meem Mobile have been nothing short of excellent! Mehedi and his team have supported me all the way through the process, with patience and great customer service! We are trying to get our clients online during COVID-19 and I have received nothing but support, suggestions and great information. I would 100% recommend to colleagues, family & friends! They go above and beyond - thank you Meem!!

So far can't complain. The sign up process was quick and painless. Setting up the number porting was easy also and done within the expected timeframe. Every query I had was responded to in very good time. There is no telephone number, but if you fill in the query form on the website or email them, they genuinely do get back to you fast. One reply I had was at about 1am. I think it's a one man band as the director is called Mahedi and all the customer service emails are from Mahedi. The idea of donating profits to charity is a nice idea as well and you can pick a charity when you sign up. Only reasons I deducted one star is firstly because the my account area on the website is still quite basic , you can't see call history for example. Also, I would like to have a way to see proof that the money has been donated to the relevant charity rather than taking their word for it. Signal is good as well same as EE. They genuinely don't seem to throttle or anything. Also some of the information on the website is limited, they could do with expanding the FAQ section so it's easier to find the info you need without having to contact them. Any how for what seems to be a new start up business, my partner and I have been pleased so far and Mahedi is easy to do business with and it feels like he would always want the customer to receive good service and be satisfied.

l have had megar problems. Remind me of Ctrl Mobile I'm advising you not to that network. GoTo 1p Mobile instead

Amazing concept! You pay for your mobile bill as you do and help great causes at the same time without having to do anything. Can't believe I haven't heard of this network before.

The service provided is excellent. The great thing is that a part of your bill is going to a charity of your choice which is doing your bit for the greater good.

Was recommended by a guy that knows my guy. Ever since then its been amazing. The fact that a fraction of the bills contributed towards the charity is amazing. Every little helps. Great competition to other networks. Great customer service experience. Will recommend.

Compared with giffgaff I've had far better speed and fanatic support.
