I'm very happy with my Meepo Hurricane Ultra so far, and the great customer service I have received from Ailly and the team at Meepo! I always get fast responses and they quickly resolved an issue I had recently, I feel confident that if any warranty-related issues were to arise in future, these guys would look after me. The board is great, I did run into some issues with it after a few months but the customer service team was very helpful and sent me replacement parts with haste
Battery issue resolved quickly
I had an issue with my battery. I sent a video. Within a day or two, a new battery was shipped to me. Glad I bought from meepo.

Great customer service. Gave me easy and direct directions to be eligible to replace my board parts. Fast replies helped so much as well. I’m happy i can continue using my board and now know what will need to be replaced in the future.
Couldn't fulfill order asked for more money.
They took my order but left it pending for 3 days (how long it was supposed to take to arrive) then they charged it and sent me an email saying they don't have that board anymore but I had a GREAT opportunity to pay them $95 more plus $50 shipping to get a different board which would take 45-60 days to arrive. I mentioned I couldn't afford this (I'm on disability with cancer. Yes we can try to have fun still) and wished to discuss any other options available. They just refunded my order and didn't respond. I know they aren't a scam but they sure seemed shady to me.
Good board!
The board is great! I had a little trouble with charging it, but customer service is amazing and they’re sending a new charger. They could probably use more updated videos for the troubleshooting process though. Overall love the board and it’s quality so far.
Great Customer Service and Amazing Board
I bought a shuffle V4 back in October and it has been running amazingly. Rode it in wet and rainy conditions for the most part, due to Seattle's weather, with no damage to the motor or battery, except damage to the bearing.
Decide to replace it with a 105mm hub kit, and a slight problem occurred with the sleeve that arrived, and customer support was quick to respond in a timely manner, and replace it for me.

The Meepo shuffle V4S is a great product, and it comes with awesome warranty coverage. My skateboard deck started showing signs of delamination, and Meepo was kind enough to replace it.

My 11 month Hurricane died a few weeks back. Ive contacted Meepo and theyve been amazingly helpful. Im in the UK so Meepo being on another continent has not been an issue. Based on the after sales service that ive had i will continue to buy my spares from Meepo and, i will be wanting a different type of board soon...i will return to Meepo for that purchase. Great service Meepo and many thanks Bonnie for the aftersales service helping me with my Hurricane.
Good customer service, but board not working
Customer service was great. Sadly my meepo shuffle V4S stopped working only 2 months after using it. I didn't drive in the rain at all it just didn't want to turn on anymore. First meepo sent me an ESC and it didn't work so now they are mailing me a battery. Hopefully that gets my board running again but the customer service was good

I bought 2 boards to Meepo, the V2 (2018) and the Hurricane (2021) and some accessories like the cloud wheels kit for the V2 and other things. I don't regret it since the performance and general quality are really good for both considering the price (and no delivery fees to France).
Concerning the after-sales service, I contacted them a few times for simple questions or technical issues. Most of the times you can have a fast answer on their chat and nowadays, their english seems to be good. I stayed without any answer to an rattling sound with my hurricane last year (i got the problem fixed on reddit since) but a few days ago, I had a problem with an order, a discount didn't work and I finally paid full price. I had to explain myself with 2 agents but they digged seriously into it and they solved the problem so I thank them for that.
So I still think they're a serious and good company with rammy good product and they have a wharehouse in Europe now for the boards.

I got a MEEPO voyager in November of 2022 my esc stopped working but luckily customer support got back to me very quick and helped me figure out how to repair my board. They sent me a new esc within two days. Very happy with how it went
