Best plant site in the EU

Delivery could be done better
It was a bit annoying that I wasn't able to track my parcel. Nor did I get an email when it will arrive. So it came that the delivery company had to come 3 times. And I think my plant didn't like it so much. But the plant was like on the picture and it is healthy. So I only didn't like the delivery circumstances

Tiny plants
The plants I ordered earlier in the year were really great but as there obviously clearing the last of there Hoya stock . The last two or three orders have been terrible. Tiny plants that are damaged and looking very tatty. Emailed them with pictures on more than one order to complain . No replacements send and I only got partial refund through PayPal and they were very unfriendly. I guess that's how there treat people like myself who spent hundreds of pounds in the last 6 months. I will not be back next year
