Great store with a fantastic selection. The staff were really helpful in guiding me to the right size. I initially thought I needed something bigger, but they encouraged me to stick with a slightly snug fit. They were right. It felt perfect even later that day, and I’m really happy with the shoes. Definitely planning to come back for more.

Great service and quality shoes
Customer support was able to correct my mistake of ordering the wrong size before the order went out. They responded very quickly and the shoes came fast, fit perfectly, and were incredibly well made and look very sharp.

I returned the shoes on Sunday
I returned the shoes on Sunday in the NYC office. I was handed a piece of paper and told my credit card would be refunded on Monday or Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I am still waiting. There is no phone number to call except for the local store. They told me they could not help. Terrible service

I am returning the shoe
I am returning the shoe, the shoe looks like a good one, but does not fit, small by at least an inch, this is why I never buy shoes online, I was so impressed by Meermin, so I thought I will take a chance, and the whole thing was messed up, complete waste of my time ??

Crafted, not manufactured—Meermin shoes are exceptional.
Meermin makes some awesome shoes. I ordered the wrong pair of black wingtip oxfords, but they accepted the return and handled the issue with a friendly attitude. The shoes themselves are also beautiful—I bet they’ll last for decades if properly cared for with shoe trees and polish.
If you’re thinking about it, buy a pair. They pay for themselves in quality, comfort, and elegant appearance.
