Great Customer Support Experience

I reached out to cancel a subscription I wasn’t aware I signed up for. I was contacted almost immediately. The representative was very kind and explained why I was being charged a monthly fee. The representative verified my request to cancel the subscription and informed me that the monthly payment would be refunded. The service provided was fast and the representative was kind and informative.
