Please note that subscriptions and payments can only be activated after a user completes the checkout process and confirms the transaction through their payment provider. We do not have access to card details and cannot charge a card without authorization from the cardholder and the bank.

Refund decisions are handled individually based on the payment provider’s confirmation and account activity.
