I have had digestive issues and diverticulosis for a while yona is helping and I would recommend anyone to try it who has similar problems

I've been really impressed with these supplements. I suffer from colitis and over the past year since my diagnosis, I've tried other supplements, probiotics, made diet changes. They've only ever been short fixes. Since taking these, I've had less flare-ups, less bloating. I feel less lethargic and have been able to slowly start reintroducing gluten back into my life. They're a total gut changer. Im so happy I found these.

Just received my second order. I have been taking for 3 weeks now and am pleased to say my gut issues have settled down well. This is the first time in months that I’ve felt better and after trying probiotics and also giving up dairy and gluten (which made no difference) I am amazed that these little pills have worked. 2.) So far I have been taking Yona Vagus+ almost 2 weeks, I found it very helpful in managing a number of symptoms after abdominal surgery.

3.) I had many complex issues after beating cancer and alongside a healthy diet and taking this supplement to improve my vagus nerve, it has made such a great improvement. I have been able to go on holiday for the first time in years with little to no problems whatsoever. (This was unheard of before starting the supplements).

It’s been great. My gut feels calmer, and I can eat foods that used to give me a lot of trouble (such as chilli) without anywhere near the same level of discomfort. I'd definitely recommend Yona to others with IBS.

Seems to be good so far after 3 months. 4 stars given as I don't know for certain how much the product has contributed to my improvement in digestion but my nervous system response in the gut seems to be much calmer. I feel more confident as a result and able to deal with daily life a little better. I'll be continuing for another 3 months to see how it goes.

I've had ibs and digestive issues for more than 20yrs.
Started taking yona only 2mths ago. Progress is slow and was advised to take 2/3 tablets. It's still going to take time as had a very slight improvement but will continue as my gut needs time to heal.

I'm on my second week of the yona program start seeing an improvement on my bowel movement with less bloating but little stomach pain at night but I've been advised by yona team to go for two capsules per day. So far its a good improvement overall. Happy customer.

I have been suffering with gut issues for years now and spent a fortune on supplements trying to find anything that will help. I came across Yona and I'm very glad I did. I have been taking it for nearly 3 weeks now and definitely feel its helping! My gut is much more settled and predictable! I started slowly as I found it a little hard to get used to. I reached out to the Yona team for advice and I couldn't praise them enough. I got a very prompt reply with great helpful advice which solved my problems. They have since kept in contact checking in with me ro see how I'm getting on. A fantastic little team with such a genuine, helpful, personal and caring approach. Staff are very friendly and helpful when you have any queries. Have not been taking Yona for very long so am yet to notice a difference, hopefully it will help heal my gut.

I ordered yona to try for a month before I committed to the 12 week programme.
Within the first week I felt a massive difference and have continued using these daily. I have less bloating, no cravings for sweet foods and an extra benefit, I have lost a few pounds without even trying. Feeling a lot calmer too with my menopause moods that fluctuate daily.
