I ordered several fragrances from this place and most of them were ok and even ordered a lotion. I recently created a fragrance called milk and honey and they literally put too much oil in it and the scent smells horrible I got sick smelling it. This could be a good potential company if they cared about their customers and product and also answered their phone and replied to emails. If you wanna smell unique with a soft touch don't go here they literally make all their fragrances too strong and they will not return your calls or emails

i ordered a fragrance from here. 45% black tea, 20% bamboo, 15% ocean mist, 5% apple cinnamon, 5% pomegranate, and 10% honeysuckle. a bit odd, i know, but what would you expect it to smell like? imagine it in your head right now.

now, however you may imagine it, replace that in your mind with straight cleaning supplies. just cleaning supplies. not even the good smelling lemon “oh this is actually quite pleasant” kind either. just a cleaning product with the most horrible, nauseating attempt at a floral smell one could possibly manage. the entering your grandmas cleaning closet and she says “oh dearie i’m sorry about the smell, i got that one on accident” special. not salvageable by any means of the word. (someone i got to also smell it has compared the scent to hairspray; also an apt description but i would argue hairspray smells better.)

whats worse? it will stay. the scent will stay and you have to sit there with it like it’s someone you dont know and your common friend left the room.

just, like… go somewhere else. find literally anywhere else to get a custom scent (though if you’re searching for one with a black tea scent, i get you so badly, literally nowhere has it. if you do find one, tell me, because i dont know what fate-handler i pissed off this badly for this to happen.)

I placed an order on 15 June 2023 and it didn’t deliver till today. It is taking unreasonable time and customer service keep contacting me saying it will arrive soon. No after 37 days I still didn’t get the order or refund. Absolutely my last purchase

review from 2/19/23: I have ordered with mefragrance 4 times all sample vials because I am attempting to create something before I purchase a whole line of it, perfume, lotion, scented oil diffuser, body spray. Then start on a new scent. I have also tried a couple of their designed lines that were supposedly unisex... they were not. I have attempted to use the classic perfume guidelines of this % for base this %for middle and so on, and only end up with EXTREMELY floral and feminine scents. For my first three orders, I recieved my experimental vials rather quickly, but this last time, I ordered it on Jan 31. They say on the website that it shipped on the 6th of February though I recieved no communication on it and as of the 21st, not only have I not recieved my vials, I have attempted numerous times to communicate and I recieve no reply and no email responses. It is unfortunate that a simple phone call could have prevented this review.

Edit to this review Feb 23: the day I posted the above review, I had also attempted to contact their sales department and again called customer support. In the middle of the night, after this review, they sent me shipping info for my order stating that it shipped on the 21st. 20 days after I placed the order. Not going to lie, I think that it being 2 sample vials, I seemed unimportant to them. I appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation, but I'm not sure I trust them.

Okay, this is my last edit. This is 2 weeks after my last review where I decided that maybe my last experience was a fluke. It is now March 11. I was attempting to create a cedarwood scent where cedar is prominent. I upped the percentage of the cedar and although I could smell it in the vial test Id ordered that had a lower percentage of cedar, I ordered a roller that just smelled like vanilla and neroli. Since this time, i had all the ingredients and tested the combo at home first, I was dissappointed and believe that they messed with the combo believing that I did not know what I was doing. If that is the case... WOW the ego! if not, my bad and from now on, I will start making my own perfume. lesson learned.

Ordered a Christmas present on December 1st. It's the 23rd and still no order. Emailed them once already, takes a bit to hear back. Pretty disappointed I have no present for one of my family members when I planned ahead....I get stuff from overseas on time. 😒

I have ordered twice with this company. The first ordered arrived prompt. The second order has not arrived. I ordered on 11/23 and it is now 12/6. No response via customer service email nor phone. They don't have a chat option either. I have sent a letter in the mail as suggested by the Orange County, CA business license office. They will also be sending them a letter.

I was nervous because I ordered my custom perfumes and it took about a month for them to arrive + there was no tracking information. But I did receive my product and it was great! I will probably buy again because to me the lower price point, great website design and large number of scent options make waiting a little longer for a custom perfume worth it.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY! THEIR WEBSITE IS VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER, I ORDERED TWO PERFUME SAMPLE VIALS AND THEY SMELL GREAT.
IT ARRIVED ON-TIME, CONSIDERING THE HOLIDAYS AND "COVID", IT IS AS DESCRIBED AND WELL-PACKAGED.

"PERFUME EMPORIUM" WHICH PROCESSES THEIR ORDERS, BUT THIS IS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND TRUSTWORTHY

Never received my order although they took my money. I will be filing a claim with my bank and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This is pure theft and is no accident as you can see by the other one star reviews. Whoever runs this company is accepting orders and payments but not filling them. Trash company most likely run by trash people.

EDIT: THEY DID RESPOND AFTER SOME TIME (~3-4 weeks). All the oils they sent were AMAZING. One leaked in the box. The oils are the best quality I have found.

Wait for 3 Weeks: order never came. support never responded (multiple emails and calls).

non-existent customer service. i would have rated this zero stars if it would have let me. i have now emailed them twice and called them twice about my missing order. emails are given an auto-response that "they will contact me within 24 hours", which never happens. all phone calls are immediately sent to voicemail, also with no return contact. it's ridiculous that a business can get away with this poor of a response.

I have bought from this company on several different occasions, so I am on their email list.

I received an email that they were having a ONE DAY ONLY 20% OFF CODE and suddenly I had nothing but issues.

When I tried to reach out to the company, the phone number was a no go, FACEBOOK hadn't been updated in years -- so no to MESSAGER, which left only email.

I was given agent "DOTTIE."

I tried my best to explain over and over and over again in email after email to "DOTTIE" that I was stuck on STEP 4 of the CREATE PHASE of the perfume to no avail because either DOTTIE" just doesn't care or "DOTTIE" is, to put it bluntly is DUMBER THAN A BOX OF ROCKS!!!

Finally, after now going on what seemed like weeks, I said I no longer wanted to hear from her, the next email I received should be from the owner.

I NEVER HEARD back from them again.
