Fresh produce were good.

Fresh produce were good.
But very disappointed with the packing of the Indian snack as they were damaged, contents were crushed and spilled.

Several items missing

Several items missing. No response from email sent requesting a refund for the items provided.
Would be a good idea to not display products to purchase which are out of stock.
Have spent a fair amount over the last 2 years, very poor customer service

We have made a full refund for the 3 missing Items from Bobby's. Due to the Diwali rush, Bobby's ran out of stock with these products. As the email was sent on the day of Diwali, we were not able to check and respond back. We have now responded to the email as well.

Incredible, fast and reliable way of getting fresh Indian veg home for vulnerable people.

I started using Megacart at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and if it wasn’t for this service my family and I would have struggled to get food into the house as easily as we did.

The quick same day delivery and availability of fresh produce was a massive benefit for our family and I am grateful for a great service.

Have continued to use this service even now everything has started to open up fully. It is so good I have recommended it to several friends and family members all over the country.

Fresh vegetables as always

I’ve ordered on several occasions and had no problem. On this order I was advised it would be delivered the following day but it arrived at 8pm in the evening which I was not expecting. As always packed neatly and my vegetables were all fresh but one of he item was incorrect that I didn’t order, did not get an explanation and no receipt was provided. As I referred a friend and received a £5 voucher, when I came to use this it wouldn’t go through and was not accepted. Have queried this via whatsapp and email yesterday but still await a response. One thing I must mention. please don’t let your service drop also need the good customer care.

(Was fixed retrospectively) Totally disappointed broken box, crushed items, missing items etc

1* - Second time and the same issuses with package arrived totally broken. Missing number of items amount charged, crushed items in the box. We took a chance after last transaction thinking it will be better delivered the next irder but no use. Last order to these guys.

4* - updated to 4 starts since the concerns was addressed.

Happy with the service and the delivery…

Happy with the service and the delivery of the order. It came on time. Vegetables were very fresh and loved their packaging. Website is easy to use and save my time to go to shop in rainy days and saved my patrol in the crisis of the patrol.

PROMPT next day delivery service via…

PROMPT next day delivery service via DPD, even though I did order just a few minutes after 11am. I recieved most of what I ordered, however I had recieved a refund notification for the item that may had been out of stock. Just awaiting my refund. Overall I am satisfied with the service from ordering to delivery.
