ANOTHER BAD REVIEW FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CASINO.
I deposited my money on August 31st, and it is now September 4th. My deposit was never credited to my gaming account, and I am STILL waiting for my money to be refunded.
First, they claimed the money had been sent. Then it apparently got lost. But so far, nothing has actually been resolved. No refund, no credit to my account, and no real progress.
When I ask for an update, I get the same useless answers. They cannot give me a clear timeframe, explain what is actually happening, or tell me when I can expect my money back.
This is not how a professional casino should operate. I am basically fighting against a wall. The customer support is absolutely terrible, and the way they handle this situation is completely unacceptable.
I have been patient, but my patience is running out. I deposited my own money, and I should not have to beg for it back.
DO NOT PLAY HERE. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this casino. I would not recommend it to anyone.
My deposit is still missing. My money has not been refunded. And all I have received so far are excuses.
