Megabonus withheld my cashback and provided a technically impossible explanation, raising serious concerns about transparency and user trust.

My iHerb order (#547957570) was tracked correctly through Partnerize–Admitad. iHerb confirmed this directly to me. This alone proves that no Rewards Program referral code was used, because iHerb’s system automatically blocks affiliate tracking whenever such a code is applied.

Despite this, Megabonus cancelled my cashback using a justification that contradicts iHerb's own tracking rules. They repeatedly claimed that "Rewards points" or "Rewards promo" invalidate cashback, which is factually wrong.

iHerb confirmed:
- the order was attributed to Admitad,
- no cashback rejection was issued,
- no Rewards Program code was used,
- cashback decisions of third‑party providers are not managed by iHerb.

When I asked Megabonus for proof of their claim, they provided nothing:
- no confirmation from iHerb,
- no affiliate log,
- no rejection code,
- no documentation,
- no evidence of any kind.

Instead, they continued repeating an incorrect explanation that contradicts iHerb's official statements and basic affiliate logic.

This behavior is highly concerning and creates the impression that Megabonus is withholding users' cashback without providing transparency or verifiable justification.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise users to be cautious when relying on Megabonus for cashback, especially when they refuse to provide evidence for their decisions.

Another scam, no matter how much I tried to follow the rules and tips, to enable the extension, to add the stuff to cart after enabling etc, still nothing, made a huge purchase yet 0 cashback. 0 like their ability to help

I've been playing Megabonus for a few weeks. It's been the best sight I've played on so far. I've won a few good times and won way more than I lost. My last payout was a significant amount. All of my payouts have been transferred in a consistent timely manner. I don't use the app. I play on their website. I don't trust apps.

Scam company, they didnt pay my cashback. its over than 1K usd.
They tried to scam a new member with a first withdrawn successfully. after that they will eat your cashback and never pay your cashback .
They will ask the sensitive documents, like your financial documents.
Rakuten or others cashback providers never ask about these documents.
Beware and stayed away from this scam company

If I could leave zero stars, I would.However it's not an option! In November I redeemed $150 for a Chewy.com gift card & only did so because I was not willing to give my bank account and routing number to them. I see I made the best decision too! I'm yet to receive it.Still, they keep giving me the runaround about how I am allowed only have one account. That's the only account I have open.It's the same account number that they continue to tell me is my account number which are one and the same.Yet they refuse to give me my $150 chewy.com card. I don't play this game anymore.I don't put any money into it anymore.And if you were smart, you wouldn't put any in it to begin with! I will be filing a claim and complaint with the state attorney general's office in the state of ohio.

They are holding back my cashback.
Mailed them about 20 times. Sometimes just one reply and no follow up. Sometimes no reply.

Got in touch through facebook but they also cant get in touch with their payment departement.

Bussy for more then 2 months right now, trying to get the payout to transfer through as its still on 'pending' to go to my paypal.

I shop online often and always look for discounts. A few years ago, I discovered Megabonus, and now I not only save money but also earn cashback on my purchases. The key is to activate the cashback before placing an order and wait for the store to confirm it.

Once the cashback is approved, it appears in my account, and withdrawing it is easy. Payments are processed quickly, the cashback rates are good, and during promotions, they can be even higher.

I haven’t had any issues while using the service—it works reliably. A great way to save money while shopping!

Terrible experience.
I spent over $500 online and used Megabonus for cashback as promised.
Despite activating it and seeing cashback listed for my orders, most of it was rejected without explanation.
Support is useless, repeatedly saying, 'The shop does not pass on information about the rejection.' Even after confirming receipt of goods and providing all requested details, the issue wasn't resolved.
Don't waste your time, this app doesn't deliver the cashback it promises. ❌🚩

Been a member of this cash back service for 7 years and 5 months. First years it was good, but never perfect, most of the time needed to send some kind of order screenshot for cashback to be approved, because i mostly bought on Android app and only Aliexpress, and it only registered cashback if there was only one order/item from the moment you use the Cashback app, if there are multiple orders/items, the cashback failed to register and needed to send screenshots of order to Megabonus support almost ALWAYS. Support 100% of the time returned/gave me the cashback, so no complaints there for Aliexpress shopping. Waiting time was also 30 days maximum.

Fast forward to 2024, using the service for Temu cashbacks now and it's a nightmare. Need to send proof of order on both ordering and delivery to get cashback approved. Sending tens of emails to support for little $ cashback is so time consuming now. Cashback should be approved in Temu after its delivered in no more than 20 days, but i wait now for 90 days on some orders.

I'm only using now this service because of the wallet withdraw options and low starting withdraw amount. But in general this service is not great. Should be easy for the user with minimal contact with support or sending documents all the time.

Update: Happy to see Megabonus finally gave a reply. I received most of my cashbacks from Temu now after 6 month. Hope to see much improvements in the service in future.

The worst customer support ever! They keep saying my cashback will be credited 55 days after receiving an order. 60 days later they ignore my emails, they keep asking for evidence, even though I sent them screenshots of receiving orders like 100 times! Alina and Elizaveta have been lying, saying their “partner” has received information and I should await my cashback shortly! Absolutely disgusting! The moment I get my mobile back I’ll delete this app and I keep telling all my friends, who love online shopping NEVER use mega bonus!

I did anything correctly and made a purchase of $2900 using their cheat plugin in a website they listed (alibaba.com). But, as they are dishonest, they find a way to deny my cashback. Argument: "Your order does not meet the conditions of cash back crediting at this shop."
How can this be possible?

I have not received my cashback for 4 years. Avoid doing business with them!

After some Problem, i was able to Cash out.

Cashback is not paid, they blocked my USD 900 under the guise of verification, which has been going on for half a year now, with no response. Russian SCAMMERS

I really like this site! I am there all the time (well, when I have time))) and catch an increased cashback. Aliexpress often has up to 30%. I invited my friends and colleagues through a referral program. If I see that there is an increased percentage in some stores then I suggest it to everyone. So I get a percentage of the purchase and my friend gets a discount.
