I ordered something with a lead time of a week. I received an email that it would take much longer. I contacted MegaDepot via voicemail, email, online form, and PayPal asking for details and then a refund, but nobody every responded. I have not received a refund or my items. Non-existent customer service!
I ordered from Megadepot. It took 8 weeks to find out that while the manufacturer was ready to ship, Megadepot HAD NOT paid them, so my order was on hold. These people are crooks.
Item listed as "usually in stock". 4 weeks later and still have not received order and latest ship date long past. Ordered exact same product from another site and received order in 2 days.
It has now been several weeks since placing an order for a $400+ item from their website and status still shows "pending". All calls to both (800) 884-5767 and (332) 900-3727 are on indefinite hold with "we are experiencing high call volume." No response from their support email address. They appear to be the same company as megadepot-co-uk which also got bad reviews and is now offline.
